This place is MAGNIFICENT. Whether you hangout there with your friends or family or an old acquaintance. The fine baking and other items on the menu are simply marvelous. I assure you, stop pining on where you can go and just GO TO URBAN MONK. The aesthetics, the food snd everything is WORTH IT!!! Although a small pastry was a bit priceypricey, but the taste and ambience compensate for that. Go for it without a doubt 🤝😌

Very poor service, staff act like they are good at what they are doing and after talking a minute you will know they dont know anything.Though the ambience is good waiter keeps touching nose , scratching head and face repeatedly.The worst part is the the chef 😭, not good at all.The order for cake was taken after charging huge but they failed to deliver. 2 hrs before the customised cake delivery I have received call from store saying Chef was sick last night so he could not make the cake.. they have updated me 2 PM oclock when the cake is supposed to deliver by 4pm.Points out of 10 you can choose...Ambience : 7Value for money 💰 3Service: 3Staff: 3Consider other places once before going here....🕳️🕳️👎👎👎

Immediately as I entered the place I could smell some stench. And almost all the pastries on the display were dry and old. We had a red velvet pastry and for some reason it tasted like Horlicks. Apart from that the seating was comfy and the look of the place is a 5/5.

Ambience is good.... But cant expect the same taste if order the same item again...!For example if you order pasta today and if you like it and visit tmrw and order it again, its your luck which decides whether you get the same taste or it differs...!

We ordered Chesse pastry, mocha, Oreo milk shake and french fries. Nothing which sifts this from the conventional cafes. One great meeting point at Nagole x crossroads comes to me as the biggest advantage of this cafe. Price wise, taste wise nothing spectacular.

It is elegant with awesome vibe. 😇Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly.They are also great and always efficient, happy and polite.You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.☺️Food is pretty good, mostly desserts , cakes 😋, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. PS: This isn’t a paid reviewI have no Idea about Harley’s before. I went there to buy new year cake (Pineapple 0.5kg 450₹) Just to see how it looks/tastes. I had cheese cake, opera Cake which tastes like heaven (150₹ each) 10/10. I never experienced such taste anywhere in Hyderabad. The quantity looks tiny but trust me it feels too heavy when you finish it. Location is near to Nagole Metro Station, On the Main road. Staff are really good and well mannered. Interior is Decent, seating is very comfortable. I haven’t tasted pasta or any hot items as they aren’t available yet because it is newly opened. Go and taste the best cakes in Nagole. Hands down taste is too good.

Was very much attracted to the front elevation of white wooden and glass design and wanted to see whats it like inside. Ambience is attractive and the arrangement of tables well away from each other. Ordered double shot Cappuccino. Tasted good and moderately priced. You will get pastries, cakes and sides to order. Overall a nice place to hangout.

This is the fourth time I am visiting this place. I had very good experience the first three times. Today I saw that the name was changed from Harleys to Urban monk. But the ambience and theme did not change. So I was hoping the same good taste of food as earlier. I ordered cheese Margareta Pizza, Mexican loaded fries and butterscotch icecream shake. The two stars I gave was for the shake. 0 stars for the other two items. All 3 times earlier I had the same pizza and was fantastic. This time it was worst. The chesse was just same as rubber and its too much oil/butter. The loaded fries were nothing different from a aloo curry, just that instead of potato chunks there are fries. Too much disappointed. May be I will never visit this place again. Those who liked the Harleys, please dont expect the same now.

I had ordered Hazelnut Cappuccino ,it was bland ...I had to add 1/2 shot of Espresso so that i could consume it. If you appoint tea makers from Udupi hotel without training this is what it turns out to be . The staff needs to be trained in brewing coffee. Ambience is ok but table layout could have been better. It reminds me of Irani cafe with enhanced interiors.

Its actually pretty good place to hangout.We people were coming from practice and were hungry , however not out of the hunger craves i liked the food but in actual itss very tasty. Peach ice tea is a must try in my opinion my friend had cold coffee even thatss amazing.What i liked in this baking is theres nothing unique however they made the routine dishes tasty. We had pink pasta penne and butter paneer pizza as well.I loved the food here took me by surprise as my expectations were pretty low.

This is a new place opened near Nagole, on the same road from l b Nagar to Nagole metro station. The ambience is great! The place looks clean, even the bathroom.They have good variety of snacks and pizzas available at reasonable price. I liked the sandwich we ordered. Pasta was okay. But still better than most other places. Also, a good place for decent cappuccino.Would visit again.
