Placed order yesterday on the eve of valentines day. Order delivered today after following up many times over mail. Yesterday whole day their contact number was busy. Today they delivered stale product. In mail they replying that consignee is not available. Consignee was in the same location till 10pm yesterday. They dont accept truth that they failed to deliver and blaming us. Fraud company.Avoid such cheating company to save your money as well as happiness.

I placed order of spectral bonanza which as a nice ikebana of leaves with fresh zerbera. What they delivered were a bunch of stale flowers.

Alright Im going to be totally unbiased in this review of FlowerAura. We were searching for websites which would deliver to the person you want to send flowers to via online means.We happened to find FlowerAura at the top of the search results so we gave it a go as most of the reviews for the site seemed pretty positive. There were a few negative reviews that stood out to me but I looked past them and decided to spend my money here.So it was my aunt and uncles anniversary and I wanted to gift them something nice and something that will be memorable, something theyll cherish for the rest of their lives. We ordered the Tempting Exuberance as it looked like a gift worth purchasing and gifting to your loved ones and to my utter horror the product that was received by the people it was getting delivered to looked completely different and unappealing unlike the one you see on the website. The cake was not decorated as the pictures wed seen on the website and the bouquet of roses were wrapped in a cheap kind of paper and just handed over to them. I had such high expectations from them and they completely disappointed me and my family. Ruined the mood of the day entirely. For newcomers, Id suggest not to purchase any product from them as they charge way too high considering youd find an alternative for way cheaper than what they price their items at.

I have ordered a rakhi for my brother (Order Number: 4554898) on 22nd July, 2020 and the expected arrival was 29th July,2020. The festival was on 3rd August,2020. These people have successfully made my festival worse than ever before. It is so ironic that their email says WECARE. I dont think they really care, after your payment. What am i supposed to do?  should i celebrate on the day of festival or on the day of your delivery. the worst part is nobody responds to toll number nor you have a decency to intimate the customer about such a huge delay. Trusting them is a big MISTAKE.

Hello,Yesterday we ordered one birthday cake for midnight delivery. My order number is 3270154. I have few complaints regarding this order. I’m using this site for more than 5 years but I’m really sorry to say that, now a days your services are really poor .My points are below-1) The cake we ordered was not delivered, it was different cake.2) The quality of cake was very bad, it was tasteless. Even the cheapest bakery will serve better cake than that one you delivered.3) we have ordered for mid night delivery for a surprise birthday wishes which was completely ruined by the delivery guy when he called at 10:00 for delivery . So there was no point of ordering midnight delivery. At least he could call for confirmation at 11:30 or so..I have sent these type of feedback mails so many times before also but didn’t get any reply from your side , nor I expect any reply this time. But just for your information, your site is loosing the market credibility drastically.Will never order againThanks for ruining someone’s birthday

So I ordered the cake and other items, they gave me delivery time of 12:00-15:00 hours, and it got delivered around 21:30, that too after many calls and messages, one person says need to call delivery manager, delivery manager says need to call rider, and rider picks up the call and says I don’t know with whom the order is and will call back with information but no call back received, we had to call again, it’s more like disappointment and embarrassment than celebration excitement, though the items are really good, if the delivery service is this disgusting, I would suggest a big NO for this website, and I have also checked the reviews, they only reply to complements and not these kind of issue reviews.

Dont trust this kind of idiots who cheat on people. With somuch love and excitement being so far we plan doing something for our loved ones n this kind of cheaters in between spoil all plan. It costs not only our time and money but also our feeling. Stop cheating on people it has become a habit cheating on people. What is the use of delivering the product the day after celebration. V plan according to our date you r no one to change it. If cant do that stop doing it but dont give fake promises to people. My product has not yet delivered. Shame on u people.

Once you order from this company, you should be following them untill they deliver the product. We had to follow up over mail and calls. Threatened him that I will complain with cyber cell then he delivered my product next day. Better choose Ferns&Petals.

I got a coupon from cred but there was some error so could not place the order but when i spoke to the customer chat (Emran) he very quickly helped me with fixing the issue in miniues and was able to place the order. now hoping the delivery and taste is as good as their customer support.

The flower arrangement and decoration was not as pretty and some things were missing (the white flower stems and the outside wrapping was not done as shown) but all 20 Roses were there. The cake was a little messed on the side but tasted very good. Overall nice but not great

Its into fraud business. What they show and what they deliver do not match. If you pay 1500 inr, you cant expect 100 rupees stuff. They never come on time. All the good reviews are written by themselves. When you go to their website and write reviews, irrespective of whatever you give, they make it 5 out of 5. They have tied up with local vendors. The local vendors buy flowers which are about to dry, instead of.throwing in garbage, they would deliver at your home. The chat doesnt work. They never pick up the phone. 100% fraud company. Never ever get into that trap.

Terrrible service I had asked for orchids bouquet worth 999 with order no 4028844.. the customer care calls n informs that they will replace it for roses or only orchids since there is no availability I was still ok about it since I had no other option I had already paid ... what they sent was Gerbera’s 25 pieces worth 10 rs each steam that comes to 250 ..... I get a bouquet worth 250 rs where as I paid 999 rs ... when I mailed they say I agreed for Gerberas ... who will agreee for those flowers when it’s not worth ... now they also deny refund ... I recently got a cake and a bouquet of roses to my parents on their anniversary. Delivery time was good, within the window. FLowers were nice and fresh.But.. the major flaw was- the cake (chocolate flavor) was leeching RED color... I dont get it, why would chocolate color and flavor cake have red dye, which doesnt even wash off after rinsing hands.I am not sure if it was safe to eat. I wont recommend it

One of the worst experiences i ever had. The same day delivery is just a nonsense that they are using for. I placed order yesterday and the delivery is not yet delivered till time. Called up twice the customer care and the reply is within 15 minutes. For this reply need to wait for 10 min in the call queue.The festive is already over and these guys still trying to find the address. Dont want to give this one rating too, since not allowing to post had to click one star with no choice.

Worst experience.. this is a cheating site with no moral.. all the items displayed on the website are to trap customers; to get money and ultimately what getting delivered in far beyond your expectation, something that dont even worth 10% of money taken by them. The best strategy they follow is to never attend a call from victim customers, dont reply them and pretend as if the company doesnt exist on the earth.. Please dont go for this site and don’t believe the fake reviews written on the website.
