Unfortunately there’s no negative rating that I can give.They are a fraud and I hope no one falls for this.Ordered a cake for delivery in Austin, TX - USA. On the day of delivery I received an email saying that the business is closed and that I will be refunded the full amount. I was charged a total of Rs. 5898 ($80).I have not received my refund yet. They do not respond to any of my emails or calls. They are a spam and are scamming people around the world just by taking advantage of the pandemic.

Yes i do accept mistake is not accepting call as i am in defence wing where mobiles not allowed and called back that day evening where you responded but did not call back again for exact reason, the next day 4th aug you did not come but package drama happened kept at gate etc.. (lucky no call came from anyone on aug 4th), finally some other product you delivered on 5th august despite you are doing huge service to the nation by delivering other product 😂. ORDER #OD-10012396 Very bad customer service, and they lied to me with the package. These are cheater’s and lier’s never order again. I don’t have a chance to give a zero star. I ordered two Rakhi’s with 5 different nuts. With delivery date August 3rd 2020. I asked with them regarding package delivery late. They said that Customer is not picking call ( Reason: because of office) Again we called at the evening time they said we will delivery It by tomorrow. I requested please deliver package at front door they said We are okay with that. Next day, We checked at home package it’s not there again, I asked them why package is not delivered they said “ maam total 2 attempts were made to deliver as you said to leave the package they did that which is not at all safe practise in india”.Immediately, I checked my camera at front door there is no delivery boy and no package, we didn’t see any signs of delivered of the package. Again, I spoke with them why were you lying to me regarding the package and they attempted only one time second time they were not. Now, they said we considered as the package is not delivered we will delivery it by tomorrow. I said okay thanks to them. But, I ordered 5 different nuts and two rakhi’s. They showed me package on what’s app Different and they delivered different package with different damaged Rakhi. I don’t know if they have available stuff or not if they don’t have then they should have cancel and refund, but they didn’t do that. Earlier, I ordered cakes with them they did good service. Now this time I feel very bad service.
