Wonderful icecream creations and concepts. Receiving everytime good service and quality of taste also. Having dine in service and car service also to take and serve the order. We always select cream stone when we had a thought to break with ice-creams. Late night also icecream available here.

The interior is very old and broken, the AC is also broken. Covid norms are also not being followed here, its crowded too. The staff are working hard to take orders and serving as quick as possible. I tried death by chocolate from the menu, and its very nice, just I wish it was little less sweet. The quantity was good and it can easily be consumed by 2 person. I think its open late night, even after 12am.

Cosy ice cream parlour. Different flavours are available though when we went, one of the machines was down so we couldnt get some flavours. One waiter named Sumit was very friendly; really modest and helpful. The place is open till late night so surely a place to chill after a long day!

Open till mid night, this place offers the best ice creams and brownies! I would rated it 5/5 if they hadn’t checked with us regarding our order 4 times and then given us the wrong order and take one more iteration to get it right! But the final product is worth all the patience in the world so do visit and enjoy! Extremely recommended for late night ice cream cravings!

Taste and ambience is superb.The waiter took more time to clean our table than our order to come.

In a week I went thrice to eat with three set of friends, cause food is awesome (not exaggerating), value for money, ambience and only con waiter response time and I have good experience with them too( she told not to order this much food because that will be more than enough for us and I removed a dish and its still more than enough for us)

Besides offering the finest ice-creams and shakes they must focus on the ambience and service too. There was no ample space. Imagine how irritaing it would be when we thought of having some gud tym but things go out of hands.Its too crowdy last nyt that ppl queued up to get their orders. Ordering system was pathetic. In our case we were not served the right one we ordered may be coz of the crowd over there. So if u guys thought of makin peaceful evng with cream stone concept I would rather suggest the one thats located in banjara hills. Its a hundred times better than this clumsy one in hitech city.Have a good day🙂

Cream stone offers a wide selection of delicious desserts. Its a bit on the pricey side, but its good regardless. I vividly remember trying the red velvet jar a while back and enjoying it thoroughly. Today I tried the oreo shot and choco-strawberry heaven, and both of these tasted amazing. Ive included pictures of these. The place itself is never overly crowded, and the couches are comfortable. Theres always some sort of minor unloading/moving/packing activity going on though, so that breaks the ambience slightly, but mentioning that is just nitpicking really. Nice place, very popular, would recommend.

The ice-creams are absolutely first rate. The folks at the service counter are just great - they never fail to make my kids happy by complying with their little wishes of extra gems, sprinkles, etc.However, the cleanliness of the place needs to be upped big time. The tables are not cleaned often enough. Perhaps because of the rains, the place had lots of flies and dead flies were on the table, etc. This is something the management needs to look into urgently.

This was our first visit to this popular ice-cream parlor on Hitech city Road. It is a reasonably spacious delicious icecreams.There was a line of cars outside the store, some double parking which was a bit of nuisance but at the same attesting to the popularity of this store. We had the seasonal Mr Alfonso, which is mango icecream with chunks on fresh Alfonso mango topping. It was amazing, the servings are large and good value for money

The new Flavours are fusion, fruit naturals and a lot more.I tried Blueberry Cheesecake, 🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake , Very Berry Jar, Gajar ka Halwa, Musk melon Ice cream, Ice Cream pizza, Creamy Strawberry, Madagascar.Of them Gajar ka halwa is best which gives the feel of coldness of Ice-cream and Sweetness of Gajar halwa. It is very balanced with sweetness.Another one must definitely try is Creamy Strawberry which has layers of cream with strawberry.Very Berry jar is delicious. It has layers of Bluberry, Strawberry ,brownie, Ice-cream. Which gives a burst of flavours in your mouth.Sizzling Brownie with Ice cream would be all you ever wanted with balance of Ice and 🔥. Fantastic icecreams but inside sitting area is not properly ventilated

Only Card or Cash... the manager helped us pay through dine out app ultimately.... people who came after us were being served and were leaving... waited for 30 mins and we had to go in and ask for our order ... this is when they realised the order has been missed.... the order arrived and the choco lava melted so bad that it was all over us and the car... all in all not a good experience.... 3 stars for helping us find a way to pay when we did not have cash or card!!

Visited this place and surprised to see a drastic fall in hygiene control at the ice cream stations as there a lot of flies feasting. I always order through Swiggy but I was stocked when I have visited this place personally. There ice creams are the best but I hope there really improve in following good hygiene practices.

This brand is a lovely brand especially for Hyderabadis. You can go to any any branch they maintain the same quality and hygiene. I have seen them for last 10 years and they maintained their standards consistently. Baskin Robbins comes nowhere near to them. Butterscotch with nuts overload is one of their best menu items. The staff of this branch are absolutely amazing. They hear your customized requests patiently and prepare the icecream of your choice infront of u. Overall a great brand with nice staff and super awesome icecream. I wish they continue this standard forever.

The experts of bashed mashed ice creams as they call them, something like the coldstone of the west.They hv a good range of ice cream we opted brownie break , dry fruit delight ,coffee craze,fresh fruit and nuts, devils brownie .Sinful tht u cant finish one its just sweeet as hell.Good flavors and they hv an outdoor seating as well if u r not allergic to mosquitoes.Parking can b a prob here if ur not on bikes.

The only thing that ticks me off is the crowd. But can complain. Good yTaste. They have a seating area inside in all pink. The ice cream will be brought to you. There probably is an outdoor seating as well. A little costly if you ask me.

I ate red velvet one. It was good. But the more interesting thing was the bhaiya who was making it. Dont know his name but he was a real mood changer. He was making everyone happy around. Should have clicked his picture. Its really tough to smile always and make everybody else smile. Making ice cream was his duty, makin people smile is his gesture, bigger than his duty. We should try ice creams more often if get to meet such people and smile. I gave a 4 rating cz the place was not clean. :D
