Taste is good. Located inside the shoppers point in Fancy bazar. The quality was not upto my expectations . Price is also reasonable. Can try it out once if you are planning to visit fancy bazar. In taste 8/10 and in quality 4/10........

They serve stale and rotten food to customers. They play with customers health. Today, they delivered a stale roll with completely rotten smell. The Veg Chop was several days old with layer of fungus. This way this restaurant deceits and exploits the customers.

I have ordered 250gm cake through swiggy but they delivered the which is not even 200gm. When complained about it to them, they said do whatever you want. They dont even care for the customer.

Normal cake with high prices. Juz a store in the limelight with low quality products. Also dont ever thought to write anything on the cake cause they are fond of making mistake in each and every order. Tired of this store. wish there was zero star to review.

I just order a cake from swiggy then I call directly to the cake.com shop and request them with a humble tone that put a Happy Birthday note. They directly refused it with a very rough manner. This is the way how they handle a customer. I just want to say youll get a customer only once in his entire life hell will definitely not order from CAKE.COM again. Its the beginning of your bad image.Even 1 star is more that I have put. Even the quality of your product is very poor.

This is probably the only competitor to cakes and desserts food chains like Loyans and Repose. The variety of items available are too many. Cakes are of wonderful design and tastes too good. Dessert are like waw. So many to pick from. Do check out the choco ball and choco con. They are delicious.

Super costly and unnecessary price. Taste is good but one eraser sized plain cake cost 10 rs whereas its production cost would be 2rs at max and the regular cake which cost 10rs in other shops, here with some nuts cost 60rs...lol... Aint recommending anyone to visit here

Very disappointed with their service. They took one and half hour extra to deliver the cake, made us wait outside the outlet. Every surprise got spoiled for this .I wont recommend cake.com to anyone.

The cakes are of different varieties & yummy. But I was disappointed with the red velvet pastry. It was totally a money waste. Chocolate pastries are good but now the size is reduced as per the price. There is a chocolate glass cake which is very yummy and white affordable. The aloo cutlet us also yummy available there.

Presentation was not good.. the persons behaviour over the phone was very rude... would advice please dont place ur order online.. just they have spoiled my special day...

Bought this very tasty half kg normal chocolate cake @₹450. It was made freshly within half an hour of placing order. It stayed fresh for more than 3 days. Could not wait longer for testing its freshness 😜

Very bad owner! I ordered a red velvet cake for my dad’s birthday. The cake had strawberry frosting! In what world red velvet has strawberry frosting? On top of that, the cake tasted little sour, might be because it was a stale cake they gave me. So I contacted the owner and told him about it, he replied nothing! Not a single person ate the cake and my party was ruined, and this guy just got his money and had no concern for his customer whatsoever!
