This is my 3rd poor experience of purchase from this store.After getting poor quality product,I tried calling on store number but my call is being continuously disconnected.Bata team has lost all professionalism and now selling poor and cheap quality products.Below images of my sleeper which I had purchased three days back.

Just coming out of the store. Bata is an amazing store with very good collection. But they should invest in staff too. The staff treats you like you are daily labor. No greeting, no answering questions and on top of that they talk to you so rudely. Was so disappointed to have visited the store. Wish I saw the owner and had a conversation with him/her on how to treat customers. In these COVID times, coming out itself is a big deal and when you are treated bad, it hurts. Overall, I would recommend driving a little further and buying in Gachibowli area instead.
