This is my home Branch n my account got freezd dew to some issue I have visited this branch so many times they are not checking anything but asking me.... How its happened n why.... N asking me to contact on customer care number I called them theyre asking me to visit home branch & its happening from 4 to 5 months.........

I visted this branch 2 weeks back and asked for address updation/change in my demat account with filled in form and PAN and Adhaar copy. They advised me to go to Khairatabad Branch which is demat enabled. Infact most of the branches are collecting forms from any branch and forwarding the same to Demat enabled branches so that customer need not have to run around. Kindly make such arrangements for convenience of customer. Radha Krishna

Worst bank ever..... They dont even care

Not happy with the service. I went to change my details in this branch, as my NRI account was deactivated, that can only be done in the branch. They took copies of all my IDs and assured me that I will get online access with the changed details. When I go back to my country, nothing changed. I have been calling them for the last one month but no one has any clues. Everybody wants to pass the bucks. They work like the bureaucracy used to works in 1970s. Absolutely disgusted with their non-existing customer services. I have since went to another bank and deposited large amount of dollars.

This is the worst branch in Hyderabad. ICICI should remove this branch as it is of no use. The staff is not professional and they really dont know the process. Unfortunately I was here to make a demand draft and the lady took 2 hours to make a demand draft though people were less and that too made a mistake in the DD. I had to cancel the DD and create a new one it took additional 2 hours. The lady was zero responsible and she was not guilty of her mistake. I have already spent 4 hours and she was busy in her phone using WhatsApp and checking pictures on her phone instead of speeding up the process.

I asked someone to deposit money in my account, the receipt wouldnt come out, the person goes to the cashier to get receipt, the cashier gives him my full statement with my balance, address etc on it.... Its a security breach! Even a donkey is more intelligent than these assoles.This is going on twitter by the way!

Worst response from staff. They take around 1 month to just open an account. The location of this branch is different from what is being shown on Google. I want to actually rate minus 5 .

Centrally located, good for quick banking, very accessible. The worst thing is about parking. The capacity is for about 15 bikes and literally no car parking available. Its a night mare to park a car and do banking. Apart from that, this place is well known for bike,chain,cash and purse snatchers. BEWARE.

One of the worst bank I have ever experienced. 2yrs back the bank has taken a deposit of Rs.45,000, for opening an NRI, till date neither the bank have processed my account nor returned my amount. None of them including the managers do not pick up the phone, they are just ignoring my calls. I am still trying get my money (45,000) back from them.One of the irresponsible and horrible private bank in India. Would never suggest anyone to approach this bank for any kind of services. Public banks are far better than this.

Cash deposit machine helps a lot, infact bank is closed, even you can get into the atms and cdms area and do banking. Yes for parking when compared with previous premises icici himayathnagar, Now new premises makes it good.

Most Chutiya Branch of ICICI Bank.. No Work gets possible in this branch low knowledge level to get the address updated the branch manager calls up counter part to know process and list of documents so pity.. One lady Deputy Branch Manager always chit chat with other colleagues and names as Audit.. I can grade this branch lower then pan shop.

Worst staff, they dont know about their providing services...... Waste staff.... Playing with customers.....They always silently fighting each other among them..... They dont give any value for customers

Literally brainless staffs. Reiterate the same thing without understanding the concern. One of the worst customer care is present in this branch. .utter waste of time.

I want to contact u guys. Its really urgent. Just provide me a contact no. Somebody did fraud through your bank. U guys didnt provide any contact details. The one mentioned is changed now.

Its a nightmare! Had to spend one and half hours to get a statement! Pathetic customer service and no respect. Staff has no clue on what they are working on. Entire staff could not manage 4 or 5 customers and everyone was waiting for something to get done. Finally Deputy Branch Manager came in to my rescue to print a statement which took less than a minute. I would give 0 star if there is an option.

Service by the bank officials is good.The only major issue is that there is no parking for cars.

Mobile number linked to credit card is taking more than 3 weeks still didnt and gave application twice.You are amazing and an icon for procrastination.
