Horrible experience.. I had to attend my interview today..1. The location provided in google is in the extreme opposite direction.Newcomers to Hyderabad will have to play merry go round I guess.2. Finally when u have made up to the office entering inside is so frustrating..They ordered me to change gates continuously where each one was redirecting me to the same gates and none was allowing me inside..I explained that I have an interview ..it will be getting late..so kindly guide me with the proper place..But the man at gate 6 was rude enough telling so what shall I do if you have interview..everyday cant keep telling the same..Unprofessional..I had to come out unattending the interview.. people who come with an excitement for job has to turn disappointed returning back

One of the best buildings in Hyderabad.

Terrible service. Rather ZERO service. I had deposited a check out here in this branch. The branch folks decided that they needed further information on the check and blocked it and never bothered to contact me too. Obviously they thought it is my responsibility to chase them up. Still struggling to find a responsible person to talk to. I would suggest people to rather bank with a responsible bank than ICICI bank. Lesson learnt !

The bank branch that is present within this huge ICICI building can be accessed by anyone (its not just for the employees of ICICI). Cash deposit feasible ATM is also available in this bank. The entry to and exit from the branch is through just one gate (I think it is called Gate 6).

Simply super construction.Its consists of total 16 floors, 4 floor for parking, 3 floors for food courts, right now they are 6 floors for work purpose and 6 floors yet to open. There are approximately 15 thousand people working in this building. For construction all they have used iron instead of cement. It can survive for medium earthquake too. Quite a structure, well situated and recognized building. Employs quite a number of employees.The head quarters for all the IT operations of ICICI in India.

Worst office area, can give minus five. All the employees wonder on roads around the building because there is no space in the building to at least stand. This building looks large from out side but nothing good inside. One cannot walk at least for 1 minute without taking a turn. The free area in the building is occupied with all the pillars.This building may suits fro Domestic BPO. Architecture principle of the building is one should sit at his working chair else go out from the building.

Insane building! It has over 5 million sq. mt. of cabling. The branch on the ground floor feels like an afterthought, but they do offer a wide variety of services here.

Wonder how come such a big building and permission is given without parking for bank customers. After visiting this branch. i closed all my bank account with this bank. Not worth associated with such organizations who don;t have common sense and follow basic rules.

Please replace your atm machines in madhapur(Hyderabad) in front of image hospital as well as in ayyapa society. Both dont work.One has issue of display(not visible) other doesnot accept atms.please took grievences,me forwarding complaint on regards of several ICICI customers.
