We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel. It is situated in a quiet, spacious and well developed neighborhood. The staff were very approachable and friendly. They also have an excellent restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, small, cozy. Good, peaceful and accessible location. Good for business and solo trips. If you book early and through fab app price will be less and you will get good discounts. 24*7 hot shower. But no safe locker though. You can have good complementary breakfast, but you have to opt it at the time of booking which is around Rs 60 extra. You can order food from the restaurant downstairs which is quite good.

Clean, hygienic rooms and perfectly working air-conditioning. But the amenities could be better for the price that they charge. Like, the breakfast has only variety, there are no shampoo and body lotion provided.

Budget hotel, but needs to maintain better cleanliness and customer service. Plenty of mosquitoes, the room has a bad smell that probably is the same one that comes when you step out of the hotel( because of a drain nearby).

Neat and clean rooms.very economical and a 3 star experience. Room sizes are different according to number of people.In Breakfast only 2 options and must reach on time . In house restaurant for lunch and dinner .price was just 1500 per night for 2 pax. That is a huge advantage

Its shabbily run place, The AC water was leaking inside my bathroom. No toiletries was kept and they even charged for water . Overall quality of the interior is very poor as a budget hotel you should not expect any service . But everyday I could see a hell load of left over food in the corridor for the some hours. I hope they improve on my points next time .

Nice hotel for family within residential area.

Stay was nice but items included in breakfast was very less.. will have to manage with bread toast butter mainly...and 1 of our room bathroom had leakage problem...

Decent and clean rooms. However, I faced 3 issues.1) The bathroom did not have a single stand or hook where I could hand my clothes.2) Their was no pressure in the hand faucet3) The lift had some issue and somehow did not close properly and entire night I was disturbed by the sound of Please close the door.The breakfast was average. If they rectify these issues then will give them 5 stars.

B-E-W-A-R-E Fabhotels are the worst hotel chain. I have booked through fabhotels online 2 rooms a month ago, but were given 2 rooms in separate floors. One of the rooms was very worst of its kind. There were no door lock, no mirror. The worst thing is that fabhotels have no review option in their site., but you can see many fake reviews listed on their site.

Stay was good. However reception was not at all welcoming. Also had to follow up for every thing. Internet was not working.

Nice value for money place. Staff could be more groomed and helpful. Rooms are ok..nothing special to write home about. Navigation to the location can be tricky, although its actually not that far from main road. So its better if you use maps to understand the locality. Its a residential area and quite calm, save the occasional siren from the train track behind the place. Excellent restaurant (Seven spices) in-house, especially if you enjoy Andhra cuisine.Broadband internet (at nearly 30Mbps) was an unexpected bonus. Good TVs in the rooms as well.

Really pathetic service in terms of customer handling. Dont bother to respond for customer quires and keep on update us wrong information and made us wait. Response from management is also not appreciated.

Worst experience. Staff is very rude, poor maintenance. We booked room for 3 days and the Ac in the room was not working. We had changed 6 rooms and all had the same issue. Later when checked the issue was Ac mess was jammed with dirt. When I checked with the authority they were like no response.Please dont opt for this hotel.

Very pathetic service. TV is not working. When we ask for an extra bed they say they dont have. When we ask about tv they say they will send a mail to corporate and get done . Bad experience.

HorribleBooking Referenece : WJQVZR (11Jan19-12Jan19)We were a group of 4 families from kerala and asked the Fabhotel contact center to reserve us the best room in Hyderabad town, and they suggested us to book at Limestone aura (Somajiguda).This is a Big Mosquito Zoo - if you want to enjoy the mosquito bite and the music of train horns - this is the best place to stay.Room size/toilet size are very small and very old clothes in bed and toilet- no hot water was available in toilet during night.Guys - don’t ever think to book this hotel (it’s not a hotel - it’s a old type lodge) at any cost.I trusted the Fab customer service guys and they betrayed me.I will share the mosquitos gang pictures if needed

Very bad experience.....Two stars since they had adequate cleanliness....1.overpriced-congested room and congested bathroom.no mirror in the room.2.complementery breakfast-its a cheating.only two things to eat...vada and bread..if you like it or not, doesnt matter for them.3.too much noise during night ... somebody is running here and there whole night on the top floor and moving some furniture...in addition during early morning theres a lot of noise from backyard,where there is a slum.4.dissappointing attitude of staff...while checkout they had wrongly put someone elses bill along with mine.when pointed out removed it .and to my surprise the guy have no apology for that.5.during checkout nobody was there to attend my luggage...and when asked only they responded...as if they are not at all bothered.6.bathroom ... false ceiling are damaged and we can see old pipes and wires running over our head.7.they dont provide a complementary dental kit or shaving kit ...and even charges for them if needed.8.during my stay,cable TV connection expired..no programme till vacating the room.when complained they would say...will repair shortly... pathetic9.dont have uninterrupted power supply... it takes a few minutes to start generators when power goes out

Is there anything less than a single 🌟. I would like to give the same.in the same many I checked nearby hotels I was getting complete toiletry here they provided nothing.Room is small. No sitting sofa and tea tabke available poor room service.I checked half hour early they were asking 500 INR extra for same.Better to live in THE PARK with little extra penny or KATROYA 100 MTRS DISTANT FROM IT.HOPEFULLY WILL BE USEFUL TO OTHERS.
