Hello,Tests done in timely manner, not had to wait too long and results delivered via email as promised in time, but could do with more than one member of staff operating at front desk when they have option for two in these covid and social distancing times.Thank you.

Most disgusting centre. Senseless behaviour on the part of front office. Making patients wait for hours senselessly. Please do not visit this centre..For this centre data entry is priority than the patient waiting for testing.. wreckless attitude and behaviour. Looks like this centre is living on fake reviews. I see that the owner is responding conveniently to all positive responses and ignores the reviews which are speaking truth..

Raports not came as per ur commitment one report came remaining two are pending as ur employes told that report will BU come by 4.pm today ie 26th September 2021

One receptionist for billing, enquiries, report printing etc. along with one technician for drawing blood samples has taken the turnaround time of 35 mins if 3 people are before you in the queue. A correction by deploying adequate manpower is the need of the hour.Downgraded to 4 stars......................September 24, 2021Went to Bandlaguda branch at around 12 noon. No crowd as such, only one person was awaiting her turn for blood sample. The entire process was over in 10 mins. The biggest advantage is that you get your report online. We got the report by 4:30 pm.

Very bad . Blood samples forFBS n hbA1C collected @ 6.30 am . Sample for PLBS collected @ 11.30 am. Till now we have not received reports . Very bad service. What’s the genuineness of reports??? I will escalate this issue to senior management

An organised diagnostic centre I have ever seen.Their services are like spoon feeding, with state of art equipments,instant messages/reports on mobile and email,followed by QR codes what else is required.More than expected.... 👍

Went for blood sample collection for my 6 year old and 2 year old kids. Staff was patient, friendly and collected the sample from kids with ease. Thank you.

Terrible service. I waited for almost 15 mins for billing of my tests. There was a person in front of me who had 20 billings to be done for different people where aadhar and otp had to be entered. There was another Person who claimed to be gopinath (Alternative technician). I asked him about the billing and he just reluctantly asked me to wait until the person in front of me finished. I asked him to do the billing instead. And he said he wont do it and just asked me to wait until my turn. When I asked him to open another counter for billing he was very reluctant. I asked for the manager. He said that there is a complaint box and I can fill it. I repeatedly asked for the manager as I want my problem to be solved at the earliest. He said I have to complain if no-one is working otherwise there is no purpose of complaining. Even when the people there knew that itll take time they didnt even bother to open another counter.There are solutions to this issue which can be done by the staff to solve the issue. But they just didnt bother and were vert reluctant , rude and adamant to skip it. Had a terrible experience. I would never go to that diagnostic center. My advice never go there as well. You can go to Vijaya Dilsukhnagar or Vijaya habsiguda they provide best service there.

Sorry..I went to the centre at 7AM only house keeping staff n security person available in the entrance hall.At 7.20 AM the billing clerk has come ...and his reply for the dely is ,he is coming from Falaknuma or so......very bad ..

Your billing staff were negligent.Did not make bill for all tests requested /recommended by the concerned doctor.As a result all tests were not done and I am forced to give samples again thus causing another visit and painful needling for blood sample.This is second experience for me

I went today to take my blood sugar report,They say printer not working, After sometime they called me to come and take the report,I told to deliver it to my home which is in Nahole,but he simply cut the conversation.

Their testing machines are down and they outsourced to Lal path labs.... worst Vijaya Center... Dilsuknagar and LB Nagar centers are far better.

I have called thrice to mobile number given in google for enquiry of colour Doppler test, no response, 🙄

Please reconfirm the report delivery dates, it will delayed by 3-4 days. They will give all useless reasons for delay in reports. Standards are low when compared to other Vijaya centers.

Too expensive, please check rates before going ahead for tests, all old machines are deployed here and they are down. Now, they outsourced all test to Lal Pathlab and charging more fee from end customers...

I came to Vijaya at 7.15 am I waited for 40 minutes for bill payment I waited for 40 minutes to give blood sample. There are a total of 30 members in the peremiss. In the pandamic condition being infinitely closed premises is it safe?
