Worst place to visit. Not sure what service they provide but they dont check minimum thing whether breaks are working fine. If they are thinking just washing vehicle is service that we can do at home also. Instead of going to this branch better to go for any private one. I have informed them two complaints but nothing has been addressed. Even my friend mentioned what wheel balancing they have done when I have given last year and this time on breaks. I called them yesterday and day before and they mentioned like they are reviewing and today they dont even bother to receive call. Iam not sure who is manager but dont call me again for service next year as this is what respect you guys give to customer. You guys only concern on revenue and nothing on customer satisfaction.

They are good, Accountable and Respectful. What else do you want?When it comes to fixing some of the rare and unique problems in your car, they ensure it gets fixed, the right way. Some of the problems in my car literally tortured them to the breaking point and then the the whole floor came together and worked on my vehicle. I was surprised and amazed at the same time. And i was the witness. :)They were extremely proactive in procuring the right spares from Maruti, even though they werent available anywhere. Once the spares were received, they notified me and installed them the right way, allowed me to watch the installation. They never took any shortcuts and never ignored anything.Some workers are exceptional at this service station. Just talk to advisor Vijay, if you have something big/complex to fix. Trust me, you would be comfortable talking to him about your issues with your car. He will ensure the right parts are procured and assigns it to the right people. He would be there with you till the car is delivered to you in flawless condition. You can rely on him.Labor costs have gone up drastically and realestate is expensive. Dont judge them based on these factors.

Highly disappointed with their service. They dont know even how to remove paint dots on car and how to remove dent on bumper. Service men simply say paint dots cant be removed. But I removed them with a nail paint remover. Servicing also not good. No proper response from the staff. Neglects everything.Better not to give your vehicle here for service.Wanted to give zero rating, but no option available.

Always timely, clear processes in place so you know exactly who and what. Servicing is always finished before the given deadline, and a follow up call to see whether you were satisfied.Maintenance costs of a Celerio are really low and the car is pretty much bullet proof.

Used to be a Good service workshop for Maruti with courteous and helpful staff. Have been taking my car here for 4 yrs since moving Hyderbad. Location is bit inside a crowded market. Recent service on 28th Feb, 2021, they added unauthorized services which had no value add, Some car breeze, Upholstery cleaning, Synthetic oil instead of regular. I dont mind paying for demanded services but ripping off customer is unpardonable. Will not be taking my car here again and reporting this over to Maruti.

Such a bad.... worst experience.... took 15 days for the service and when I finally went to pick my car it was not even dusted and I could see my shoe prints on the mats which were cleaned as told by the service person, and were throwing the blame on each other... waited for another 2 hours to get it cleaned... could have done much better personally...My personal opinion never ever again visit this place... the single star I gave is bcoz I could not post this comment without that

Its the worst showroom which doesnt even respond to customer. And delays each and every process. If u have paid any advance for spare parts then forget those money no one will even call you back for any sort of updates. My sincere request is for whoever viewing this review do not go to this place.

Was gonna give them 2 star but i guess its not worth itSo we reach the service center for a normal service.Getting to this place is also a pain. The road just outside the service center is not meant for 2 cars. Its a narrow road with shops on either side, so during rush hours of the shops, its difficult for 2 cars to cross each other.Once you do end up coming to the service center, getting the car inside is a pain. The cars from customers are packed in such a compact area which increases risk of hitting another car.They made me wait for 2 hours for a 15 mins talk on what has to be serviced. Do note that we repeatedly asked where their inspection guy was and we were told hell come in 20 mins.Now, car was supposed to be serviced and ready by the next day to which we had requested a drop-off to our location. The guy first refused by giving some random reasons but when we told him to ask his higher official, they immediately said yes for delivery. He had our number, he repeated it thrice at least. Now do remember, the car was told it will be ready by tomorrow and they will call to deliver, but, the car was ready by the evening and we got no call. Instead, we get a mail from them saying that the car is ready for pickup.TL;DR: One of the worst experience with high risks of increasing scratches on your car due to compact location. Very poor and unresponsive service provided by staff.

As a regular customer of Maruti Suzuki, I write this with a heavy heart and incredible dissatisfaction. I will be providing the images below so i will just get straight to the point here.My vehicle, Ritz, was showing a check engine sign for which I took it to the service facility at Varun Motors, Bhel, Lingampally, Hyderabad.Now, let me be specific, the problem was only the engine light and nothing else. This can be testified by the person who received it too.The first time I got the vehicle back, the engine light was gone, but the next morning it started spitting out a ton of black smoke. Obviously worried, I called and communicated again.They took my vehicle a second time and now when they returned it, after charging me above five thousand rupees(they said that the AJR valve was faulty and replaced it), the black smoke had only reduced and not completely gone. But also, now my central locking from the keys was not working.I gave the vehicle a third time. Furious by now. It was returned again with a similar amount of black smoke. And adding to that, now the lock button from inside the car was not working.I was told that the ECM was damaged, which it wasnt initially, and they had to repair it. They took another two weeks to handle that, and when now I got it back after paying an additional one thousand rupees, here are the results. The black smoke is still there and there is a crack on the dashboard above the ac vent.The driver who collected the vehicle from me had taken photos of the vehicle before taking it. The cracked dashboard can be verified from those photos. The light for the check battery has also started blinking. And now there was permanent white smoke at idle.The car went back AGAIN to the center after the assurance of the floor manager, center manager AND the regional manager that the problem will be taken care of.This time they pin pointed the problem to be coming from the injector and their faulty calibration. The verdict was that they injector should be replaced and I should pay another FIFTEEN THOUSAND rupees for a problem which was never there to begin with.Let me just rephrase the whole scenario and all the problems that have come along with it.Car was given for: Check Engine LightProblems in the car after giving it to the service center:Black smoke coming out of the exhaustCar locking from key stoppedCar locking from inside stopped workingECM was damagedThe mileage of the car has significantly droppedCrack on the dashboard above ac ventInjector CalibrationMy family has been a customer of Maruti for a very long time, but this is the consistency of service that I receive. I will surely switch to another company.My car has now been to the service center for around 6 times and been in the premises for around 40 days.The technicians are untrained, the acting managers are stubborn. Only the staff is well mannered and polite.Oh, and also, the Maruti complaint web page shows an error when trying to submit a complaint.Imagine the plight of a customer, who shall never return. If your service is just regular maintaining from your pocket-better to take your vehicle to any private garage.

A big motor car service centre.Here its famous for service more than sales. Its located in crowded area.Somewhere inside the corner area.Not so easy to find in a moving vehicle. Its better go with Google maps.Customer service is good. Nice collection and better service and quick response.Even they are supporting to contact other branches when they dont have a model of car for sale.

Todays experience quite different. No proper reception by SA. Dont want to disclose his name..but quite disappointing. In recent times the services at Varun workshop @BHEL are not that satisfactory.

I have given my car Swift vxi for paid service in this workshop for free pickup and delivery. The process was very easy. Right from picking up the car and doing service for the car and delivering the car on the same day was really awesome. The driver and the service adviser were really professionals and performed their respective tasks in a efficient manner.I didnt face any issues to get my vehicle serviced.This kind of service is what customers generally expect. I am really satisfied to get my vehicle serviced over here.I would recommend my friends also to get their vehicles serviced at this place.

Seriously, staff response is very bad. Especially insurance section. We claimed insurance for small scratched. They have broke bumper clips. To cover it, they had done many things but when we recognized, they are silent. Met manager, and he is telling to wait not ready to speak on the issue. After 45 minutes when we called his superior, he responded.Very bad experience.

Worst service center. I got issues after giving to service. Dont even listen to the issues while giving for service. I got stuck on a highway after taking car from them. Thats the quality of there service. Dont ever go to this service center. Waste of money and time.

Even though the staff are good at reminding the customer for service due, the quality and responsibility is nil. They will do every thing except what are the complaints we address and worst part is they ignored it from past 4 services. This time they are more advanced that a small part which is visible and gave it to them for fixing during service. they give it back with out doing it. I should appreciate that they send the technician to fix it after delivery. But my concern is they should check what and how the technicians are working. I feel it was irresponsible work. I suggest the team should check whether they had addressed all the complaints and fixed it. If they could not, atleast inform the customer prior so that you wont feel embarrassed for what you have done.

The intake of vehicles is abundant as this is the only service center available for lingampally, seri lingampally, BHEL, till as far as Sangareddy. However, the quality of service is a strict no-no! Thanks to the hype, employees dont seem to understand the importance of customers time. Escalations are not taken seriously and vehicles are never delivered on time. Added to this, their car wash is the cream of the joke.

Gave the car to fix the same issue for 2 time but I ended up waiting for 5-6 days each time and they delivered without fixing the issue, Disite multiple follow-ups.Suggestion to management hire proper people and moreover your not doing a charity work to follow up multiple times and bug you guys for update.

Good service centre with sufficient space but a bit crowded during the weekends. The service advisor Mr. Vijay Kumar was very helpful and patient in attending and clarifying our needs. There is also an AC customer waiting lounge overlooking the service area.The entire process was quick right from handing over the car to taking the delivery but make sure you reach there early if going on weekends. There are a total of 11 service bay areas which means 11 cars can be serviced at a go.Only let down is it is located inside a small busy lane which means the access can be difficult during rush hours.

I have given my vehicle in good condition and after service received in worst condition.1. Wheel alignment issue.2. Reverse camera accessory is not working. When asked the same in service center they said it is outside accessory, they cant check. Please be noted it is in 100% working condition when given for the service.After paying 10k also they have not done proper servicing. Please check reviews before giving for service here.

Worst service centre. Gone there to get estimation of body repair. Made me wait for 30 minutes. When asked again they told that it will take 30 minutes more. I have given my car for yearly service twice. They dont identify the problems and fix it. They just changeethe oil and charged me around 7000. I started facing issues in my Wagon R CNG after yearly service at VARUN Motors, BHEL. I have visited the service station four times and still the issue is not fixed. Difficult to drive a car to that location in such narrow street. Definitely not an ideal location for 4 wheeler service center. And the service center is also not cleanly maintained.

I am extremely unhappy with service, after service wheels alignment was off, issue with central light, short-circuit sound. Looks like they have too much work with less staffing hence quality of service degraded. Even to handover the car for service it took 45 minutes.

I prefer this out of the convinence as I can get ample of public and private transport to pick and drop the car that means no need to wait at centre. The quality of services is same as other Maruti / Varun.

One of the worst varum service centre. I got my car serviced by them in Feb and I asked them to fix the the coolant temperature warning indicator. They kept the car for 2 day. They mentioned that coolant pipe need to changed. In April same problem then they said there is leakage of coolant .kept the car for 2 days and did nothing. Finally I have to ask them to return back. And gave it to other service centreBeware of this fraud center

They never improve the car wash quality. After car wash the Senior citizens are working as group with reckless attitude. Some one should stand at their butt to make work done. The cleaning department will never improved until management change the total staff. I am experiencing this issue from 3 years, but i like the mechanical services.washing is the worst part.
