Exactly 10 years back when I met Hanumanth. To get an interior design for a small plot of 1,000 Sqft which would be sufficient for 5 people. I had a little doubt when he showed me the 3D drawings of the interior. But in reality, the interior is wonderful after the work is completed, and it looks more beautiful than the 3D drawings. In this span of 10 years, I haven’t got a single issue with either carpenter , electrical, flooring or plumber.Thank you very for your remarkable dedication to your clients. The only architectural design company which has proper planning and effective execution in Hyderabad is HR lines.

I loved being Hanumanth Rao sirs student!He was extremely approachable and our sessions were very interactive.There were no boundaries as to how to design when he used to teach our class and he always told us how our works could be better without discouraging us.The relationship we share with him is an extremely friendly relationship and that made it very easy for us to enjoy the learning process!He observed each one of us keenly and also used to share his works for us to learn.I really learnt a lot being his student and I enjoyed my classes while learning soo much!

Young and energetic Architect who can transform all your thoughts in to a 3D image and makes sure that your house looks like the proposed design. But everyone has few drawbacks. He thinks that he is the only person who knows everything, does not try to give a thought about other persons perspective. He is a little over confident and has lot of ego issues. Also as owners we have to literally fight to get our choices considered and then if we question about the costs, he comes to a conclusion that we are stingy. He cannot keep up the responsibility/challenges accepted at the time of contract agreement. Will run away from the mistakes done by him and his team if pointed out. For the talent he has got, it would be really nice if he can take up some responsibility, keep his ego aside and work.
