Extremely good internship experience. They are extremely polite. They always motivate & applaud the work you produce with clear instructions on how to make it better.

Well Im only commenting on the basis of internship here.Please do understand that Im not here to insult or humiliate or downsize about anything.I just want to make aware of the students about the experience I had here as an Intern here.I would strongly advise students not to start or apply for internship here. As they made me do a lot of unnecessary and time wasting works like, updating their website by rearranging their photos, designing on the previously finished projects, working on some paper crafts etc etc. Did whatever they asked me to do. And then one day, they fire me all of a sudden. Thought that I was not good enough. I tried and pleaded a lot to take me back in. But instead they belittled and humiliated me and shut me down, made me think like I was worth for nothing. I felt dejected and hopeless but somehow by Gods grace I found another better firm, learned a lot of construction detailing, electrical layout, set out drawings, sanction etc etc. These are the things you should actually learn in a firm. Looking back now I think that they didnt have much projects as theyre just a GROWING firm, not a GROWN one. Dont believe me?? Check their websites and Facebook profiles, youll see that theyre just advertising themselves of going to a bunch of conferences, workshops and some handicrafts and 1 or 2 actual projects. In short, No Live projects at all.And as for the firm, Ive observed on how you reply towards the reviews. Youve got some nice back-answering skills, Ill give you that. Say whatever you want to say about my review, but you should understand that Interns are budding professionals, they might not be perfect, theyre just in the learning stage, and its your responsibility to guide them and nurture them in their academics when you accept them into your firm and try not to be so impatient the best way you can.Thank you.
