Worst organization.Worst communication of Birlasoft employees of Hyderabad. As my experience I have worked nearly 4 years. I thought that I will learn so many things but finally Nothing.Language issue if u dont know Telugu Language.Worst management and politics.No learning scope. Client is totally mad. In the middle of Sprint (Agile) requirement will change and Client will comment that in the given time you all guys have not completed project. There are so many calls and finally no result . Waste of time . No growth either learning way or money.Even requirements from Client side is worst. No proper communication and if any dependency then it will take more than 10 days to resolve it. But, Developer will listen bad comments from business that you have not completed task. Communication of product owner is not good.Business asks developers to gives suggestions what need to be implemented.

Worst experience ever, I attended one interview, recently they want all java skills, Spring, hibernate, springboot, JPA, Angular all the latest techstack, but they are not ready to pay as per the industry standard ,Got selected in interview, next day the hr called and told our budget is *** beyond that we can not offer. When ever ur going for Birlasoft interview, ask them what is their budget, then attend if ur satisfied.

One of the best organisations to work with. It’s in 15th and 16th floors of Waverock building. It’s a better option if you prefer to work in a company for a long time.

Birla soft is in wave rock building ,it is a service based company i spent round one month in birla soft as part of knowledge transfer,i found few difficulties in terms of space ,network ,cafteria,etc .their is no specific cafteria for birla soft one which had is not even a size of room ,no games for refreshment,Seating area is not convinent.

Very good place for both freshers and experienced.... Most of the occupancy is in 16th floor and partially 15th floor... Total capacity is around 2k employees... Majority of them are java developers.... Company is ok sorts if u want to grow but if u just want to settle down calmly with balanced family place then this is good one...

Hi , I am corporate Trainer from Bangalore. I have done corporate Training assignment for BirlaSoft on June 2016 via noida based partner DEZ-ARCH CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED. This partner not paid the (Me)Consultant for The service provided to BirlaSoft. One Technical Person named Dev represent this Organization.He represent another Organization ie Orbus International. I will suggest to cancel the vendor registration from Top BirlaSoft Management. I am writing this public post due to no reply from one of the BirlaSoft manager named Brojesh responsible for the assignment allocation.
