I have taken the entire home package from Archioz interiors. One stop for all interior i.e. False ceiling, Wood work including wardrobes, Modular Kitchen, Vanity units, Corkery Unit, Wall glass Paneling, Door design, Doors and windows grill work, AC wiring with copper piping, Electricals, Architrave paneling.My expectation were always exceeded with there delivery.Design: Unlike traditional 2 dimension designs they go with through 3D rendering work for every single room. Once we like the design then the actual work started. Javid vision on the output was commendable, we have followed the 3d rendering designs even for the furniture and other small points. Effective space utilization and appropriate colors in the room to make them complete.Work: The staffs are well behaved and do the needful which is great. The prices are quite reasonable. They are very understanding and provide us the direction with colors and take our feedback and make the changes for the designs. The team are very skillful.Output: The confidence in there work is demonstrated with matching of the 3D rendering with the pics taken after the work completed. We were surprised to see the side by side and very happy with the work.Recommendation: Working with Javid, Mujib and Ali was great. I would surely recommend these designers for designing any house Interiors for the having the best experience in your home.

I am stating this review based on the below points.1)For kitchen unit doors and drawers he has used scratched pvc sheet. ( Seems to be left out one from other sites) Firstly he did not inform he was going to use the pvc sheet because we selected laminate sheet. As it was a big no to pvc sheet feom our side. He changed it to pvc with the same colour without informing and that too a scratched one.2)Crack in false ceiling.3) The quotations was for washable paint which is not applied. And the painting in kitchen wall is also not with proper coating.4) Leakage from the sink platform spoiling the kitchen unit..This will damage whole kitchen unit if not addressed.5) The laminate and veneer sheet from the wardrobe and other parts are coming out.6) The sliding doors locks are of cheap quality, now they are not getting closed. They gave sliding door lock on only one side, when you open it bangs on other end...they said lock does not come on other side.7) They floor tiles were broken during the interior work which are still not changed.8) In bathrooms the Grid ceiling are not placed correctly they have started falling/bending downwards.9) False ceiling lights (cheap quality) are not working they said it has two years warranty been requesting them to change but all the requests are in vain.10) Did not provide any bills for Hob, Chimney, sink taps. They say its in warranty but without bills how are we going to claim it. Even for services they are asking for bills.11) The switch and plug unit are under the study/work table but no holes for cables.12) The breakfast counter design paints are getting off.13) They have used broken laminate sheet in kids study table. The 3D wall paper used in kids room is with scratches.14) We cannot remove the water purifier from the cabinet designed by them. So if Water purifier needs any service then we need to first call a carpenter to dismantle the doors and then remove the water purifier for servicing. So by this we come to know they have a great team of designers.All the above points and many others were shown to him earlier itself and he promised he will take care of it. Tired of following it with him.So looking for another interior to complete/rectify the bad work done by Archioz. Re:18/3/2021Thanks for at least accepting all the points mentioned. Though there are many more points which you are aware just because due to the space non-availability I am not able to mention it in the forum.According to you the project was completed in July End. So, it is not 1 year. And many of the points mentioned by me are during the execution and installation time. Based on your promise as you got a new project on the same floor, it will be addressed they mentioned. They kept on promising months after months but did not finish the promised work.I kept Rs. 30000 on hold and that too it was for the additional work which is not completed as per requirement or planned. But they still wanted that amount to be paid, stating we have given the complementary designed main door (without door eye which was there from the builder side) and shoe rack. I requested them to complete the work and I will pay Rs. 30000. After all the cheap quality stuffs and false promises paying the rest of money without completing the work, does not make sense. Deviation: The pvc sheet in kitchen unit, walk-in closets in MBR, False ceiling design in KBR and GBR, display unit size reduced, lights and doors for the same changed. Wall paints to be washable but have not applied the same on wall. Additional amount taken for the false ceiling Philips lights. But have not used the same in all, the current lights are off within months and requesting him to change but all request in vain. (Customer Satisfaction). I did not know it’s an antique finish which they have planned for our flat. And it has already started to show, god knows what it will be in 1year and the year ahead. May god give us the strength to see the antique finish planned by Archioz. We have also given our hard-earned money expecting a better work.
