Nice place to live in comfort, rent is economical. There is market, school and hospital in closure proximity. Can easily find basic essentials in reasonable rate.

I am presently staying in this apartment since about a year as a tenant. So I listing down my experiences based on my observations so far.ProsSmall gated community with basic amenitiesWell maintained, neat and cleanProximity to airport.Very near to ORR.Jio wifi is available in the society.Mobile network signal is average.There is a temple right in front of society and a mosque right behind the society.Its inhabited with residents of all age groups.ConsSecurity is not up to mark. Any visitor can come and go easily bypassing Security. I have seen MyGate approval is usually required only for food delivery guys.Village is right behind the society so lots of occasional unbearable sound of loud music systems during festival times and marriage season.Usual loud chants from the temple and loud azaans from the mosque delivered through high volume sound systems.The service road from main road to the apartment complex is in a bad state and gets filled with water during rains.There are not good restaurants near by. So you dont have much good options in Swiggy and Zomato.There is a lake very near by, so lots and lots of mosquitoes are there in the surroundings, makes it difficult to walk in the complex after sunset.Overall its an average residential society for shorter duration stay. I wont recommend for longer term.

Perfect ambience for your family and safe for your children to play downstairs.

Perfect location in between electronic hub Gachobowli and samsabad airport. Relatively less crowded area and close to Vicarabad Highway(Chevella road) which is 3 by 3 lanes road connected with ORR which is 4 by 4 lanes ring road connected with financial hub, IT corridor in one side and International airport at other side.Approximate drive time to airport is 20 minutes from Vasathi. Shops from groceries to garments are in abundance. You can also reach Mehadipatnam in 20 minutes drive.

Its located in Peeranvuchuruvu, Hyderabad there is some other housing projects for residents, while vasathi aanandi is one of the specious, medium budget and along with essential amenities locality around 12 km from RGI airport and famous Golkunda heritage is around 5 km

Very good apartments to stay peaceful and happy living. They have nice play area for kids. Very happy time you can have here with family. For a nuclear family it will be like very fun place. They can have a very good time here.

Overall a peaceful society.Some of the facilities are yet to be completed and are still in progress but would not matter if You are office guy.Studio and 1 bhk are best options for individuals who prefer to live alone and not on sharing basis. Little far from the main city and thus have its pros and cons accordingly.

Good apartment to stay, the cool place for living, I stayed for 2days, nice stay and amenities. A small park area for kids to play, ample space in basement for parking with apartment flat # displayed for easy searching, good maintained lifts, lighting and water supply is good, security is 24/7

A good apartment to live with all the amenities in near by area, all you need to do is walk straight for few minutes youre on main road. Bus stop is also not so far anyone can go by walk. Temples and Mosques are a couple of steps away. There is also a play school and a Super market.

You will be overcharged for evrything and be prepared for that. They said the swimming pool would be ready like 4 years ago. Nothing is completed. Security Is not very good. Lots of monkey attacks. The office people are very rude. Please look for an apartment elsewhere. Electricity bill is a scam btw. Only good thing about the place is the store out front. Rest everything sucks

Apartment is in convenient location, looks like crazy water problems in this ... looks no water harvesting to preserve water during monsoon. This is supposed be present in all the apartments given the water crisis in the area.

Most appropriate area with descent atmosphere. Very near to the Kali mandir. Good facilities. Very high end security system for 24 X 7... Well set in and out gates. The different facilities like groceries, veggies, laundry, atm medical shop, saloon, are accessible with in a range of 20/ 30 mt.For a great divine experience Sri Sita Rama temple available next to the main gate. Medical shop, doctor available just outside the entrance gate. Every Saturday day Rytubazar vehicle with all varieties of vegetables, fruits arrive stay for about 3 hours. To reach one of the main centres of Hyderabad, High-tech city, Rajiv Gandhi airport...It takes hardly 15 to 20 minutes.A supermarket inside cater the basic needs if the tenants. For extra medical, shopping facilities Sun city is about 3 kms. Voting booth is just 600 mt away. A location where all important school busses are driven in side the community fir the best use if the kids. Ezy shuttle moves with regular intervals for the use of residents moving at different timings to important places... Great living lication

Builder did not deliver all the amenities as promised in project broucher. Even those provided are substandard and not completed. Quality of construction is also not good.

This Gated community comprises of 300 flats.Good upkeep of premises but the Builder did not execute the promise of constructing the swimming pool inspite of 3 years of its occupancy by the inmates.Good Gated community Apartments and scope for improvement in water pumping and provision for improvement in creation of amenities like Swimming pool etc.

Residential area with fresh air. Free from air and sound pollution.

Good location and well connected to city via ORR and Mehdipatnam. Has grocery, saloon, play school within campus. Many schools and hospitals are nearby.It has children playing area, cricket and badminton court. 24x7 security and DG backup. Swimming pool is awaited.Almost 400+ families are residing here and organise all major festival (Holi, Ganesh utsav, Diwali, Sankranti, Christmas etc with cultural programs).Only issue is water during summer - but I think thats common in Hyderabad.

Beautiful gated community with affordable housing in Appa Junction near ORR (about 13 Kms) from financial district (IT hub) . This township is very close to PEBL city and Girdhari apartments and is situated on Hyd-Vinharabad Highway. It provides 2-3 bhk options and has operational club house, RO plant and ample parking spaces. When fully constructed, it will sport badminton and swimming pool along with Cricket Nets for gaming enthusiasts.It hardly takes 20 min to reach financial district and hitec city.

Pathetic condition... Builder yet to complete the project, demands money threatening to stop basic needs like water n electricity. No greenery, no amenities all hopes and false promises

I am resident of Vasathi Anadi. This is best society where we have Manjeera water supply directly from Godavari river project, HDFC, Andhra ATM, Kids play area, Gym, Club house, Garden, Cricket net, Tenis net, Table Tenis-Caram room, lots of cultural activities, STP connection, Fire fighting alarm system. Also flats are having very good layout with no common walls and ample of air.Society is well maintain and improving with good Management comity.

Its a wonderful community with great people/neighbors. Very well located and connected to most important places (Hi Tech, Mehdipatnam, Banjara hills, RGIA etc). Lots of open/green area as its very close to military base and Golkonda fort.Only thing that is disappointing is builder (Vasathi Housing) needs to complete the remaining amenities (Shops/ATM/Clinic/Pool/Play area, Plantation etc) on time - which seems to be dragging for years.
