SpringLeaf is a decent apartment to stay in Sai Aishwarya Layout. Below are some of the positive points about the apartment:1. Location:It is very well connected. 5min to ORR, 15min to Gachibowli, 20-30min to Mehdipatnam. 5min to Delhi Public School, 10min to Oakridege etc., It has got 4 side road.2. Spacious Layout:There is at least 10 ft gap between the flats hence the free airflow and bright lighting in the corridors apart from the privacy that one gets. The corridors are wide and very lengthy which not only is useful but also gives a majestic look. And a decent parking facility.3. Quality of Construction:Overall the quality of construction by Alekhya homes is definitely much better than many well renowned constructions.4. Simple yet good landscape:Although the landscaping is not big it is decent and gives a pleasant feeling especially the bougainvillea around the compound walls of the apartment.5. Simple Clubhouse:Two 2BHKs have been merged to be a club house. It is definitely not as good as the typical ones we see in the gated community but it can suffice small gatherings. This also includes Table tennis, indoor games, yoga room, library etc.,Overall it is one of the good places to stay in sai aishwarya layout
