Television was not functioning in both of our rooms. Forget about internet even intercom was not functioning.Food is spicy with not much of spread.Swimming pool was not clean at all.Worst was over and above 7000/- for basic room with no facilities, they were asking to pay 1000/- extra for water /amusement park. They should make it free for the guest as we were paying a good amount for your so called 5star facility. We were left with only pool to hang around. So called indoor games were an TT table kept in open and an open lawn to have outdoor activities.Overall you a waste of money. You can better spend money at other place.Guys, better do a complete research before landing up here. All the best…

A quick feed back1-Need to keep pool clean, start the pool pump. Pool water was not clean.2- how to start hot water is not provided as a write up in room. Cant have your guests guessing how to start hot water.3- AC temp needs to be set properly. Was unable to set it at night. Someone needs to go on rounds asking about these or call up.4- Need to provide an extra cot , not all would like to sleep on floor.5- Chef needs to be replacedVery spice food. Not fit for consumption of kids and adults. Told him many times but still same issue.Had read in reviews about food but never thought it will be this bad. They even sprinkled chillies flakes on items.Ambiance is very good. Please improve food. Would have stayed 1 day extra but due to lack of proper food left early. Kids unable to eat food at resort.

Excellent place to unwind. Went there in August 2021 and stayed in Hibisbus Suite. Stayed there for two days and the pricing was ₹8,000 for one night. The check in time is 2 PM and the check out time is 11 AM.The place was really well maintained, be it rooms, gardens, pools, or anything else. The food was excellent and only slightly costlier compared to usual restaurants, which is acceptable. Every dish was tasted good.The TV in the room only had basic channels, though. There is Wi-Fi access for free.To enjoy in the pool, dont forget to take along some platic balls. They do provide swimming costumes (only for adults) and safety tube (only for kids). There is rain dance in the evening for an hour or so.Safety and security is well maintained and there is ample area for kids to play. Theres a special area for kids where there are slides, swings, and other things.The only things that I didnt like were waiting time after ordering in-room food and the check-in and check-out times are not satisfactory.

Great place for a peacefull vacay . Needs some improvement though like the tv and the tata sky were horrrible. Very limited channels and extremely bad picture quality . Room telephone wasnt working . Had to go to the reception for every tiny need such as water . The reception guy provided a private cell number to contact but no one was answering when we called. All the remotes( tv , tata sky and some multi functional remote ) were without the back battery cover . I know its a very tiny thing to mention but we r paying 11k per night and coming to such places for peace relaxation and that feel good right . Then whats the point of coming to a boutique resort if it is like our homes u know where there will be microwave but with broken plug . All these little things do matter . . . Backyard door lock wasnt working . It destroys the purpose people visit this place right ... i.e privacy . decent place though kindly make those changes thats all. Hope this review helps . I love this place really and dont want to stop coming here

Pathetic experience!We booked one of the luxury room with pool for a family weekend (from saturday till monday morning)The rooms (balcony) as shown in picture had algae. Bathroom had water leakage, we had to call few times to check it. We left on sundayAfter this experience, I wouldnt recommend this resort.

A relaxed resort amidst nature. A well spread out facility with lots of green, parking space, lush green play area, spotted a few 🐒 s as well, basketball court, offers gym, a quasi indoor space for table tennis, a well maintained lawn for a calm and comfortable walk with quirky thatched sit outs alongside. The center attraction being the swanky octopus pool, it has cosy sun loungers where you can sit and enjoy a good read. The restaurant has both an indoor and an outdoor sit out and offers a delicious food menu. Stayed in the bougenvilla room, its clean and neat and offers a nice adorable sit out with bamboo chairs and table. All in all a go to resort to relax n rejuvenate coupled with good food, relaxing pool, a water park and very hospitable staffs 👍

The restaurant is only available during selected hours. This looks like some kind of a hostel rather than resort where you get food during selected times only. who would want to eat during a specified time while you are at a resort. There is not even an all day cafe. The menu consist only of North Indian and Chinese items out of which many of them are not available most of the time.

Good place with decent accomodation. Lush green gardens with beautiful stone statues. Good weekend getaway around 35km from Hyderabad.

Hot water is given only for few hours in morning and evening. Overcrowded , understaffed resort , they dont serve liquor, check in and check out formalities takes longer than usual, uneven squeaky chairs and table. Priced high for the service they provide

I visited the resort last weekend and my experience was too bad. Apart from the atmosphere, nothing is good in this place. We had multiple issues as below,1. They had specific timings for the Hot Water and it didnt work in the given time. We had to complain multiple times and then they fixed it after a long time. This issue was for all the customers as far as I know.2. The flush didnt work in our room quite often, We had to complain multiple times. This issue was also for all the customers.3. Outdoor Games - No carrom board was available. The TT board and bats were not well maintained. Broken football goal post. The most funniest part is that they didnt have an air pump to fill air for the Foot Ball and Basket Ball.4. The breakfast buffet was not very hygienic. When requested for fresh butter and Jam at 9.30 am, they said it got over.5. The service in the restaurant was not that great by the staff, only few were polite and helpful.6. The price for the rooms are not worthy for the facilities provided. The food cost is also very high.Please opt for some other option rather going to Palm Exotica as you will end up calling and fighting with these people throughout your stay for the basic requirements.I also witnessed many customers along with me were complaining in the reception. So think before you make a trip.

Best place worth the price to spend some leisure or have some private get away around the city. Private pools and well maintained and behaved staff is quite a good experience.

Maintenance and service test your patience.. food is another major disaster though people at the premises try to do their best. Rooms were not sanitized and we dont see any motivation or interest for the staff to do their job properly. Though the environment is lovely but due to the maintenance, service and food it may go to dogs soon. I wish they really take these feedbacks seriously and improve for their betterment.

A 2 star resort masquerading as a 5 star resort, with 5 star rates..! One upon a time, it used to be good. But now its a meek shadow of its former self.Restaurant with very very limited variety - multicuisine is limited Indian and limited Chinese - and with half the menu items unavailable from within the limited cuisine menu, hardly 2 waiters for the entire crowd (we had to wait for more than half our meal for glasses to be brought to the table), SPICY food (and this is coming from a person who enjoys spicy food..!). For dinner, we were given plastic glasses for water.. yes, thin disposible plastic glasses.. answer to the question was given as COVID protocol.. but for lunch and breakfast, the protocol wasnt applicable.. and for plates and cutlery, that was never applicable, apparently..! I still havent gotten the live menu orders i placed at the start of my limited buffet breakfast..! We even had to wait for tea, for crying out loud..!A resort with the amusement park closed (COVID protocol, i understand - but the room rates that include the day activities havent changed) and pretty much no other activities (asked for sporting equipment like foot/basket balls/tennis rackets.. answer throughout the day was that they have only one in stock thats taken by someone already).A resort that charges for even the daily water to be given in the rooms. Swimming pool attached yo rooms, with no space gor peopel to wade in, because of leaves, insects and dirt floating on top.We even had a argument/chat with the managers about these issues, they simply put their hands up and implied politely that they cant help it and that they dont care beyond it. Some service, huh?More than the lack of entertainment or food options, it was the casual and nonchalant attitude of the managers that irked us. The on ground staff (waiters, house keeping staff, groundsmen, etc..) was polite and patient but were genuinely helpless..!It wasnt just us. When we complained at the desk, many other patrons joined in. We even say pages and pages of bad feedback written on their feedback book..! So its not that we were making stuff up or that they were unaware of the issue and complaints.I wouldnt recommend this place unless they turn their ways around - in fact, i would actively discourage it. Over priced for the rooms and amenities provided by them, property lacks maintenance. Swimming pool temperature control was not available. Food is salty and not many options available. Breakfast buffet was good but limited options. Indoor games only few games available. Management is good by needs to rethink on enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction

DONT EVER VISIT PALM EXOTICA. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERPost COVID. It is run by security guards without any staff.Rooms are prone to rodents.Beds are poor quality. They provide paper cups and glasses for tea in rooms. No cutlery as well.Dining area is full of house flies and menu is so little. Room service literally takes one hour and that too if you constantly yell at the management.The cost per night for these services is 11,000 per night.

Located 22 kms outside of hyderabad this is a good place to relax if you want to cutoff from the daily noise in life. Very scenic. Though I was disappointed with the service quality. The in response in room food was pathetic and the hotel management didnt seem to care. They take unimaginable amount of time for minor things. Could be due to staff shortage in covid. Food is average. Pool is maintained well though. I really wish to see them amp up their service quality... Otherwise a decent place.

DJ sound is very cheap . Amazing place for family and corporate stay... very peaceful and decent. they have various restaurants, spa, pool etc. The key attraction is besides they have wild waters theme park, which has another attraction. But due to covid-19 they didnt started operations. may be on next visit....

1 star is less because of no proper facility for drinking water. At night I was short on mineral water and room service was got closed. The only source for drinking water is mineral water bottle. No Normal water. I just kindly want to request Palme exotica that dont make business out of drinking water.pls. Its a basic human need. A kind request. Other than. There was SNAKE CRAWLING DOWN THE TABLE WHEN WE ( in the group ) were having lunch. The whole atmosphere was in the panic state. Kids started crying.Staff is rude.Service is very slow.Cant imagine going there again.

Theres no option for zero stars.Booked a bougainvillea and had the worst room experience. AC not functioning, fridge was missing, tap in wash basin was not in an operable state. Insufficient lighting and thin stream of water from showers. PATHETIC!!!

Well I had the worst experience. I have stayed in so many resorts and I feel very sad to say that the behaviour of the manager was worst. They were very rude.Well I had a medical emergency ( I sent them my report) and I asked them to defer the date in humanitarian grounds. However they were rude (very rude)and said we cant do anything.. I wont recomend this resort to anyone if they cant cater to their customers

Resort was good.Orchid Villa was nice it was having a private swimming pool.The environment was nice.Due to covid situation and as per gvt rules we couldnt use the octopus swimming pool or wildwaters.Fiestas food was nice.But there was no thermal checking sanitization of guests luggage which was very disheartening.Actually n this situation every people are searching for some good place where they are truely following the gvt rules....😊overall the experience was good.

I stayed at Temple tree villa for two nights with my wife and two kids.Good:Private poolAmbienceChinese dishesBon fireBad:Pool water unhygienic as both of my kids got rashes and skin allergies.Food options too less, not enough options for kids.The staff is good however be cautious as we lost 2000 INR at the resort. This was very shocking as there was nothing to spend in resort and we stayed in room all day due to COVID restrictions the amusement and water park were shut. We complained to highlight the concern.I am giving 1 star due to skin allergies to kids and the loss of money at the resort. Very disappointing.

Last week, me along with my friends had a visit here and stayed here for couple of days. Their hospitality is super. The best part is food. It just feels like home. We received from them is great. This made our stay very pleasant. Overall a 5 star for your service, hygienic and hospitality.

We stayed in B-531room and it was horrible experience. The rooms were smelly, phone not working properly...no hygiene maintained in the COVID times.No room service on time.Basketball court, football, volleyball courts are not proper..they are not separate courts but all in one..I would not recommend this place to anyone..

Plam Exotica is a very nice, colorful, full of greenery and a lively resort. Easily you can plan for a weekend family outing here. Very nice 👌 and clean rooms are available. Services are good too. Good pool for kids and adults both. Thats the best part. They have a wild water park near by. Yet to visit that water park, but looks very promising to me. So friends what are you waiting for. There is not much to say about this place except that it has a pool.There is absolutely nothing on the name of activity except for playing in pool.Comfort: Bed was okay, Bathroom of good size with warm water.Food:Expensive (Thats expected.)Taste was good.Quantity was good.Pool: Decent Size, clean pool. Children PoolRecreation activity:SPA - ClosedIndoor Games - They placed a decent camera board after we spoke to them. Table tennis balls were missing tables are to close to each other and racquet is cheapest one they could find. There is a pool table but no cue and no balls.Thats it. There is absolutely nothing else there. Dont get fooled by what they have advertised on their site.Outdoor Games - Nothing.There is a training room. I didnt dear check it.Staff are courtesyIts way too expensive place to go swimming.

The tariffs are not commensurate with the actual facilities and services. There are no sign boards of the Resort along the road from Shankarampallu, except in the beginning of the road.

One of the best resorts in the city, but they need to maintain because the greenery seems to be losing its sheen. They have improved their food a lot compared to what it was 4 years back. Excellent rooms . and amazing pool. They also have adventure rides which is gr8. They need to maintain indoor play area, badminton rackets etc..

Nice place to visit

Very nice resort just within an hour from Hitec city for corporate events and outings. An over night stay costs about 2500 per head for corporates. There is a large field for sports, an auditorium which can fit over 300 guests and a theme park (not included in the package).There is no liquor license available, so the administration will get a temporary one if needed. The staff is very friendly and all administrative matters were handled smoothly. Lunch and dinner buffets were top notch.

Wild waters is part of palm exotica resorts. This is a water park with lots of dry rides, swings and adventures activities. It caters all the needs from kids to old people. I shared the photos. Timing is 11 to 6 weekend 7 pm. The park have all the facilities. Ambiance is good and lot of greenery around. Good place for picnic, team outing, friends and family. Please carry swim wear.
