What a great property. Big and grand..With limited staffs also following the COVID Protocols they never made me feel that I am being kept waited. Very Proactive staffs. Food has variety, taste...Mornings are the best time to walk around and have a feel of the property. The resort has a old, antique touch to it. Rooms are spacious. Lot of games for the kids. Overall to be highly rated !!!!

Room : Stayed in Cascade Suit.Room is Spacious, Nice vibes, Wished they could offer King Size Bed and Wished for little more control over lighting.Bathroom : Bathroom is nice.Bathtub works just fine.Outside Mini Pool : I believe Mini pool is a treat in summer but in Winter and Rainy days its not necessary. There is pool side shower as well which is not well maintained.The nobs were broken nd Were very rusty. It puts stain on overall experience Games : They have Gravity Park which includes amazing adreline pumping games those are nice.Go Carting : Thats the Cherry of whole show. I think its best in whole Telangana.Must.In Room Food : Terrible..Utterly terrible.Noodles were half cooked and its blew my mind when they sent me Slices of Carrots and Cucumber when I ordered for Ceaser Salad..I really wish I had taken Photos of that.I had to speak with Chef to get my desired food..Which was not very authentic either.Food At Restaurant : Well Bistro is not open due to Limited people. Sun And Moon is Ok. Breakfast is nice if you have included it while booking the room.I Suggest to fill up at Breakfast bcoz the food here is relatively high priced in relevance to taste but I understand its pricing So OK.Amenities: Pool is well maintained. Outdoor games are fun.Wifi comes and goes , Had to call 4 times to have decent connection.Staff : Helpfull , They allowed one extra hour for checkout ( Which is reasonable as the stay period if one day is 22 Hours only)Ambiance : Very nice for a couple.Its situated in very calm atmosphere which is mind relaxing.Note : Have your own transport as its quite outside the city ,Which takes toll on your pocket.Further many times no Ola or Uber is ready to come here to pick you up.

Leonia has been a popular and favorite day outing destination for years now, for families and corporates. This is my first time staying here in one of their hotels. Every hospitality establishment have been hit hard by the pandemic, Leonia hasnt been spared either. But now its good to see this place coming back to life slowly with all the required safety protocols in place. I would like to come back again.

Resort- 3 starLeonia, the branded holistic destination which took Hyderabad by storm in the early part of last decade has fallen short of maintenence these days. Especially after both the waves of covid, most of the facilities, rides, hotel and other factors that made Leonia awesome have made us feel awful.Hospitality- 1 starCovid may have affected the facilities, but it shouldnt change the way receptionists and frontline staff treat guests. By far, this is the worst behavior Ive experienced in any resort/hotel.Average of the above = 2, hence the rating.

Good place for family holidays as well as for business tours. Room are clean and food is good.

There after service is very bad. By mistake I left one item there in one of the room. Called them they confirmed that they have found it. Ask them if they can courier it but they said not possible. So i tried all the possible scenarios but was not able to get any courier server to do that. After some days i got one courier who can get it from them and deliver to me bu then they are saying that now they not able to find it. Comedy irony item was lost from lost and found 😂. Now they are not replying properly and telling me they are not able to find the item. Very bad way to handle there ex customer. There whole staff is not helpful even when I was there. Worst place to be and not worth the price.

Great service, superb quality food, receptionist were totally helpful and cooperative. Only problem is that its far away from city so its little difficult to travel.

This place was awesome.. fun to visit and maintained 7 years ago but when we visited this time we were totally Disappointed. No proper maintenance. All services are not open due to Corona. If you are planning to enjoy here you have only District Gravity and Go karting. So make sure that all other activities, indoor and outdoor are closed!

The best thing about the stay was the room. It was very spacious and the plunge pool was the USP. However thats the only good part. Everything else was pretty bad. Service was very slow. Very limited food options. The resort facilities are lame, swimming pools closed along with other amenities.

Its an amazing place made bad by the management and poor upkeep. The place is nice rooms are spacious. The lighting is too dim and many lights in the room are unserviceable. The bathroom fittings are old and some of the taps leaks when you operate them. The so called managers are low IQ, its difficult and useless to speak with them. The other staff was very cordial. The food quantity is good but taste is average.

Quality has degraded drastically. Have been in Cascade suite last week. Suite was not in gud condition. Although it was clean, AC, TV were not working properly. Light switches broken.Even after multiple complaints, no action. Personal pool was uncleaned.Paying 7500 for a night with this level of service is not worth it.Went with a higher expectations but was left unsatisfied.Hope they recover very soon.

Worst service ever.Missold a room stating there was a pool, however on checking later got to know it was under maintenance so had to take my toddler and 2 mths baby across to the other side, manually pushing the pram and carrying it to the other side.kettle wasnt working, had to request for a replacement which took about over an hour.Tv did not work it kept asking to make a payment 🙄😒Stupid doors that cant be locked from the inside so the entire time my toddler kept opening it and running out.Sandwich with fungi - was exhausted so thought of ordering in, ordered a chicken sandwich and some other items too, on checking the sandwich had black fungus on it and believe it or not its superbly overpriced, (480Rs). On checking we were informed it would be deducted.Final bill - On checking final bill realized we were still charged for the damn sandwich and when we asked for the bill they said it was misplaced.How pathetic of a service are you providing, I came to relax, but I felt more stress than before. Complete disaster. Never will I return nor recommend any one to visit. Pick a luxurious hotel within Hyd pay less and save your self of the stress.

Best resort here. They have options for every age group. Kids can really enjoy here. Food is great. You can have spicy 🔥 to simply boiled food here... all are tasty and pocket friendly.

It was great staying at celestia suite.rooms are well maintained and clean.room service was quick n very approachable. Leo Bistro serves awesomely delicious food and the staff there was very helpful.place was romantic n fun filled. activities n games were good. pool was closed due to pandemic otherwise it was a decent n pleasant stay experience.

It was a great experience staying in Leonia Holistic Destination! We had quality time. It is a true 5 star hotel with all kind of facilities. Great restaurants, playground, cinema hall, play zone, swimming pool. Great interior with secure place. Food experience was awesome. Tried different cuisines. Large conference room with all kind of facilities. Internal transport was nicely decorated and well maintained.

Nice place for chillout... we have visited this place along with friends.. rooms are very spacious and heigine...4200/- for rooms including buffet breakfast .. awesome breakfast very delicious.. many South and North Indian varieties of foods.But in house restaurants are Littles costly when compare to other.Indoor games we loved to play then we moved to other paid sports .. they offered us packages.. good pocket friendly sports.... and adventures.

I prefer Leonia over other resorts mainly because of their best hospitality. I was able to do a hassle free late check in and check out on request. Room service was able to provide good baby food in middle of the night which made a huge difference. They surprised us with amazing decorations and a delicious cake for my wife’s birthday at free of cost. They guided us very well regarding activities that we can try within the resort for next day.Always having an attitude of trying to help and support, especially from Mr.Murali and Mr.Panda at Celestia Suites was just great. Anytime they are the go to people I should say when you’re planning to visit Leonia.Coming to downside, I felt staff were a bit short in sun and moon restaurant for breakfast to serve a bit faster but overall quality still remained good and was an amazing experience to stay in the resort. Loved our stay and will remain as one beautiful memory. Thanks again Murali and Panda for making it happen.

Room was great but the amenities like kids play area doesnt have any great things, water galaxy was closed , only small pools are open and it was not cleaned properly which is behind the sun and moon. Never order Apollo fish ,lunch was not that great , but dinner was good and fine.it will be for only leisure only to take bit free life from city .

The resort is a great place to unwind. The greenery, fresh air and silence is what we needed for a getaway. The spa is not operational though.. Good service.. We were taken care of very well. The food and drinks menu is good as well. The bar tender went out of the way to make us a drink that was not in the menu. Appreciate their service

Extremely bad experience. Usually not prefer to stay here. Lights in the room are very low which feels very negative. TV having standard channels as per hotels wish. They dont bother what their customers want. They are not even giving DD news which is against the law. Very negative attitude of staff specially who are at reception.Will never be staying here.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Great place for a weekend getaway especially if you have toddlers. Cascade suite is particularly designed for kids and toddlers with a dedicated private baby pool inside the room. In the time of COVID-19 this place has served our purpose of giving our kid a memorable time at the pool

Sun and moon afternoon staff is very poor in customer service, they keep you waiting even for giving the menu card and manager automatically assumes the order is already placed, bathroom cleanliness is very poor for 8k per day room rate.

One of the best resorts near Hyderabad - a must visit with family. Kids would love the playground as well (though few facilities like swimming pool, kids center are closed due to pandemic). Has restaurants with yummy food and breakfast spread is cool! Go for the Celestia Suites (opt for it esp during summers as it has a private water pool/fall).

I was there over weekend ( July 1st week ,2021) ans it was fun ! climate accompanied to make walks and jogs cool and breezy :)Pros - Nice rooms , Better take Buffet along with stay as they have wide range of options in Buffet breakfast and they taste good. ( My favourite was Vada & Puri along with different Oamlets)Swimming Pool is nicely maintained.Play areas for kids are mostly closed ( please call and take confirmation of you are planning for kids play area) few games like Gokarting are openConc - Dinner/ Lunch is very very costlyNo proper response from staff of we have some complaints

This place has everything necessary to be pathetic. Right from food to facilities. We took two extremely overpriced lagoon bay rooms with below average hygiene standards, poor plumbing and smelly sheets. When we tried calling the helpdesk, noone bothered to pick up and when they finally did, noone bothered to tend to our needs. Even heard a woman complain about a waiter tear a pack of milk at the restaurant using his teeth (not sure how authentic though, however, I myself saw some horrifying glimpses where COVID rules were royally violated).This might have been a great place pre-COVID, but now its just a highly overpriced below average 2 star lodge.

Spread across in large area, so much greenery and big trees, good choice to get away for a weekend and spend time with loved ones and friends.The chicane circuit is nice for go karting.Many adventure activities are there like zip line (500m), Rope course of three levels, climbing etc.., I tried Rope course and enjoyed it..Luxury rooms, pools, cinemas and more.

Absolutely useless, we took lagoon bay room and it was no where near 5 star maintenance, the look of AC was a 10 year old one, it didnt even cool enough till 3 hours after the start. Kettle wasnt working and had to be replaced. Pool was ok but could have been cleaned better. Food was ok, nothing special/ great. Overall it was a very bad experience.

We went to the restaurant for our daughter’s birthday. There were insects in the noodles we ordered for her. Horrible service. Never going back again.

Experience: worst and i cannot rate more than 1/10 and the 1 rating ill give for the money i paid.Amenities: Tv is not in work condition, only selective channel are subscibed. Bath Tub turned geeen color and if some one steps in they can see there footprint. Rooms has became so old and still they charge 5 Star pricing. Private Pool is not usable and stinks too. Hand guns were not working in Washroom. Bed is a spring bed which is not suitable as per 5 star standards. Under the wash basin the cupboard is unsuable and not even cleaned properly.Hospitality: I have ordered 1 coffee, 1 Tea and 1 Sandwich i have recieved 1 Coffee, 1 Tea and 2 Sandwiches and they charged me for 834 INR i am ok with pricing but the quality for pricing is worst i would have gone out and eat and come. I have complained this all to Hotel Management and they were so reluctant and everytime they say only one word that Sir we will change it. How many times a customer should call and complain about each thing? Is he there to Njoy the vacation or to check the Hotel Amenities?After all this Fuss the hotel staff was so rude and they said sir its upto you if you want to stay you can stay or else you can leave. What kind of a response is this?

Very disappointed with the recent visit to the resort.No facilities currently operational than the dining and stay. All the swimming pools, indoor outdoor games have been halted in accordance to gov orders.The place is literally empty on selective days as they do not have bookings. Five star resorts only for the name of it.

Resort is good but the reservation department lacks in communication. I had called them provided all details and agreed to reserve the cascade room but when I arrived with my family they said room is no longer available and provided reservation in normal room.When you dont want to reserve the room as per our discussion then why did you asked so many details and acted like if you have fixed the room resevation for me?Very disappointed with the kind service they provide with respect to reservation.
