I have been attending online classes for sometime. The experience is really wonderful. The instructor Padma is very sincere, knowledgeable and is very patient. She closely watches everyone and promptly corrects any mistakes. I have been doing yoga before but attending regular classes helped me correct some of the mistakes and also got good rhythm to the routine. I highly recommend UYK.

Instructor shows how to do yoga by showing step by step.You wont even feel that you spent 1 hour while doing Asana, pranayam and stretch exercises.
