Pick up vehicle is available in front of the travels. So its very comfortable for the passengers. Also this location is easily accessible by peoples from all directions.

Pros.Hassle free booking..and pick up from their offices is available. Guide is helpful. Buses are sort of ok but not posh.Cons.They boil us inside the bus between stops with no AC switched on. They waste time in some places with probable tie up esp after lunch. Even when on AC is not effective even when we travelled just at the end of winter

If you are looking for pilgrim places to travel for long distance, this is one of the best travels team for us, excellent services and planned activities

Very bad organising at Hyderabad. Most of the fellow travelers were also not satisfied with the vehicle provided. Instead of bus, we were provided a tempo traveller. There were issues of sitting. I am right now in the vehicle. Totally disorganised trip. Never take this.

Oct 3,4,5,6,7 I have taken Southern Travels service for Delhi-Jaipur-Agra-Delhi. They have taken my requirement and tailored the trip as per my choice. We toured via Car!! Good experience overall. I have specifically requested to provide me with End-End cost.Delhi - Jaipur - Agra - Delhi (Started at 6:00 AM on 4th returned at 2:00 AM on 6th Oct)I have not paid a single Rs during my trip either to parking/toll etc.Driver was cordial!! Though we missed Mathura, Driver did not know this place is also covered!! and took a generous 1 hr break in Jaipur and started late!! Reached Temple at 9:40 PM, temple closes at 9:30 PM Sharp!! disappointment for my family as they never visited this place!!Delhi City Tour - 2nd Driver - Very polite and cordial, knows these places very well with their operating timings and Does and Donts.Points to remember: You need to inform the Driver your priorities and accordingly he can plan to accommodate places and manage the schedule.Since Parking is prime and fear of Traffic Challans, spare some time to walk down to designated spot to get-in/get-out off the vehicle.Remember to TIP the driver based on his service!!Logistics 5 Starts to the Staff. One week after my travel, I have requested for Travel invoice, they are going to courier it to my address (Sweet)

Staff helped us with our bus booking for Ramoji Film City. They were courteous and gave all information. Did not take advance payment but noted down our name and asked us to pay at time of boarding bus on next day.we got phone call before scheduled departure time of 9 am. They expected us to be before departure time by 8:30, that was bit disappointing !

I will suggest to hire a private cab instead of booking through Southern travel, We have came across with very worst experience with Southern Travels Lakadi Ka Pul branch. We had hire a travel facility on 6th Dec-17 for RAMOJI after ensuring that they will drop on or before 9: am at destination. The driver dropped us RAMOJI at 10.45 AM instead of drop at 9 am. 1 hr 45 mins late over and above driver left us behind in RAMOJI film city as we were late for 2 mins. We saw the bus Southern Travel Bus passing in front of us, Although we have have called driver he has not shown curtsey to pick up the Call. We have to catch private cab and spend Rs.1000/- to return to Hotel. We have given complaint to marketing manager as per his guidelines but no use. Neither he obliged nor refunded the money yet.

Waste of money, they changed 3 buses in 1day trip, and provided old aged guide who even dontve patience for simple things, I didnt see the travels like this

I travelled to 2 dham Yatra in 2015 June, I wanted to bring it to everyones notice since this is the time people choose to travel char dham Yatra. I sincerely request if you want to travel char dham or 2 dham Yatra with southern travels, that would be your last and worst travel experience, I was @age 31 when I travelled last year, they provided the worst facilities, worst food, worst hotel rooms and finally the hopeless guide who was screaming all over the Iternary to pay unnecessary amount to hotel peoples. Finally no room heaters in kedarnath and badrinath, all night we have to sleep under wet and cold bed sheets... And the worst thing is no geysers only 1 bucket hot water that too once in morning. Kedarnath helicopter charge is 7600/- to and fro but they collected 8000 from some and 12000/- from some this is complete looting of money from Telugu people in the name of Telugu feelings. My suggestion is to go with North Indian tours and travels so atleast those People will demand for facilities since Southern travels know that we are Telugu people and we dont demand they are looting Telugu people directly.

Too bad experience. I got their ticket through Zen travels and the man who picked me was very rude. In the first bus, he collected my ticket and he left me at first drop point BIRLA MANDIR. I asked for my ticket , but he didnt give back my ticket. Moreover , he was very rude in his behavior. I havent faced such a worst behavior from any travel agency. After Birla Mandir, another bus came to pick us for the city tour and it was so small and old bus. AC is just for name sake. Anyhow, too bad experience.

Your Itinerary has commercial angle to it. I have seen that you would want to make money from the trip and folks traveling. The tour starting at 6 am as scheduled will start at 6:20 (no reason). First stop is the agra fort, which is unnecessary, as most of us would like to visit the Taj Mahal first than the fort. Most of the folks would enjoy the Taj Mahal in morning rather under hot sun at 2 o clock in the noon. Please change your itinerary accordingly, Secondly, your stop in UP heritage center is a nonsense stop, you are trying to make commission out of the sales?? You spent more than an hour there for no good reason. Finally, when you reached late than scheduled time to delhi, you were unable to arrange a cab facility. Worst service ever, will never recommend you, rather will discourage others not to go with you. Did you pay ransom to get awards at first place?

Recently, got help from TravelSpice for my Goa Holiday trip. I had an amazing experience. Assisting staff was very helpful. Becuase of work commitments, it took us almost 2 weeks to decide but travel folks were patient and polite throughout. We got many options, even for hotels we recommended. TIt gives us so much peace of mind knowing that your agent is just a call away any time of the day and night. Also all the staff is extreamly efficient and well trained that it does not matter who is on duty, they can take care of all your needs even if the original bookings were done by their collegues.
