This Builder is constructing the PENT houses on all his constructed apartments and he is selling without approved plan. No other builders are constructing PENT house near by this apartment.Builder is trying to get money on illegal PENT houses after selling the approved flats, he does not show any point in approved plan also he is hiding the allocation of UDS land for those PENT houses.
