Biryani was good. Only disappointment was that the hand wash area and restroom were the same. Did not like that area. Not clean. 3star due to that issue. Else the food was good. Bit costly though.

Serving is good but i hate all restaurants that offer Water and Soft drinks at inflated rates.For example this fraud is selling 500 ml water for over 40₹ and a glass of softdrink for 65₹ or so. Food items are already expensive enough thats understandable but cant digest these type of loots. BTW the medium spicy mutton kheema curry is not even mild spicy.

It was a lovely Saturday night dinner🍽.Paradise is obviously just like a paradise.Now they made it online dining. Just have to scan the bar code on the table and order from the menu online.Food will be served accordingly.Menu is again moderated which is case of many restaurants these days.However delicious 😋Biryani is always on the menu.Good staff and proper sanitization.The takeaway section is right besides the dining space.Bon appetite!Thanks

To much expensive when compared to another Biryani house like Pista house also very gd famous but there is less prices they affred.

Food experience was good, but serving was very poor, staff take their own time to get you the food and would not be available when serving the food. I think they have only one chef who takes care of everything. All the above food was very good.

But as per my knowledge and as per my experience in all over India reshmi kababs are little white Nd rest burny colour..but these guys dont understand anything... Nd biryani was not that good.. flavours are not balanced... Earlier I had biryani of shah-goush, lucky,cafe-bahar..they were much better than paradise (of this outlet).Staff were also not attentive... Sanitation process not following properly.At the time of entrance nobody was checking temperature 🌡️ Nd no body was giving sanitizer, not even self service sanitizer was kept at the entrance..No body is sanitising the seats.. dont know what kind of facilities they were providing.Paradise need to work on everything..this restaurant is running because of his name..the goodwill which they made earlier..but now they need to work on their staff and food quality.

Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani with Mirchi Salan & Dahi Ki Chutney 😍😋The taste of this Hyderabadi delicacy was superb. Even the taste of Double Ka Meetha which was freshly prepared was awesome.I visited Paradise outlets in Secunderabad, Khairatabad, Himayath Nagar & this one is of Kothapet in Hyderabad. Even I visited its outlet in BEL Road, Bengaluru.

The quality of the food is going down and the original Biryani taste is missing its not even cooked properly (rice is not boiled) but the Kebabs still mouth watering except Tandoori chicken, staff is not local you may find difficulty in communicating with them or letting them know your preferences over food requirements,they can understand little English.When I spoke to one of the staff members on the taste of the Biryani got to heard from him that almost every regular customer is complaining the same, and he was silent to my question Why the feedback is ignored.I have also found that there is NO CONSISTENCY ON THE TASTE OF THE FOOD The first order my can tempt you to order second time/next time and you end up regretting.Go for Paradise as an exploring option.

Service & food quality are terrible. Cashiers who takes food order are arrogant and ignorant. Paid almost 300 for Mutton Biriyani, went home to find out I got few bones and a kilo of plain rice. Absolutely useless place to pick up food since same happened 2 times.

Ordered special mutton biryani but received the regular one’s with bone through swiggy. It was 40 minute wait for delivery so, who bothers to send it back when hungry? Please double check the orders for deliveries. Anyways, i wouldn’t order anything from here again as I didn’t like the food.
