Usually takes a day for normal replacements like battery etc.Payment is online. They also make you aware of any running offers to decrease your actual service cost.Place is clean and lets you have coffee for free.

I visited this service center regarding my phone call issue. The executives were very helpful. They heard my problem and came up witth solution quickly. The issue was with my phones motherboard and they chaned it at no cost though my phone was out of warranty. This gave me a great sigh of relief. Kudos to all the service staff.

No need to take the printout of the invoice. Soft copy serves the purpose(mandatory). Take the box of the product if available (not mandatory).

Very Nice Experience. I had gone to get the screen on my OnePlus 5 replaced. The service staff were very professional and the service was fast (as I was the only one in the store at that time). The replacement process was also smooth and was done in front of me with full transparency by experienced technician. They rates are very reasonable and are openly displayed (you can also refer their website for exact cost of replacement for parts). Overall a very nice and pleasant experience compared to other service centers.

I happened to visit One Plus Service store in Manjeera Mall due as my phone 1+ (6) was not getting charged. There seems to be the cable and adapter issue and should be replaced. I found a hard time buying the charger.as it was not available anywhere even online. Waiting period was for 3 months. Nusrat Jahan employee was very quick and she resolved the issue instantly and she issued me a new accessory. Her commitment to customer service is really appreciated. Thank you Madam.

Recently visited One plus service center which is located at KPHB, Manjeera mall and it was bad experience. Actually my one plus mobile had some problem and it is not getting started, I thought it is due to battery and requested to diagnosis the issue. I spoke to front desk and they are not willing to take my phone to diagnosis and she is saying battery is not available with us without looking into. After sometime I spoke to another person, she said new battery is available with us. I was wondering why these guys are telling lies and denying to take the phone to troubleshoot the problem and fix the issue. No respect to the customer and it was very bad experience!!!

Its big. They have a proper token and queue system and proper waiting room with chairs tv etc. I visited to get my one plus fives charging port fixed. The problem was that my phone when connected to the fast charger was charging normally. When i tested my charger with another accessory it worked just fine. So i was ready to pay even for the part at fault. But the guy at the desk just saw and identified that there was a lot of dust settled. He cleaned it, tested it and handed the phone over to me. He did it with a smile. Free of cost. Thats what i liked.

The service was good . There was no token system when I visited . My problem was not resolved though perfectly and unfortunately I had to lose some data . People in the store were friendly to the customers and when the persons chance was given they recieved the customers perfectly . There were enough number of display models for a service centre which is a good sign but the models 8 months behind as the newest model was released 3 or 4 months ago and it was not on display . The merch which was available was pretty good . Although the store is of pretty good size it is a bit hard to be found in the mall . The store is on the same floor as decathlon in manjeera mall and the entrance to the store is thin corridor from the left of decathlon if you are exiting decathlon . The OnePlus community is as always the best . Which I have experienced at the store also . Although the service was good the store was a bit gloomy . I hope that the stores get much more bigger and the OnePlus community grows more and more . All in all my experience in the store could be categorised as ok.

I have visited OnePlus store located manjeera today at Hyderabad ,no proper responce from counter staff without checking mobile showing engineer blindly saying software was not available for reboot for one plus2 model. Quick and swift service done.Booked an appointment on OnePlus care app for battery backup and intermittent power off issue on my OnePlus3 device on the same day morning, luckily the battery was the only part available for this model and the replacement was done immediately within 15 mins in the evening appointment slot.(Lucky there wasnt much crowd at that time)Only down side is the replaced battery on the phone has only 3 months warranty.
