Had an excellent stay with my family. The management and the staff are very very cooperative and helpful. They accommodated to our every wish and made our stay wonderful.. the cleanliness and neatness in the entire property is very good. i recommend Mrugavani resort if u need a peaceful, enjoyable and a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back.

Worst service.1. Room keys were not given for entire stay.2. No cleanliness3. Staff behaviour was not good.4. Power was out frequently5. Play area is too small. No much activities6. Pool with side villas have so many holes on sides which may hurt someone if unnoticed.

This place provide multipl options for you. You can stay in the resort or just have food/ snacks at the restaurant. They have two restaurants one is- Golden Leaf and another one is Mrugavani. Food is good and service is also nice.Golden leaf is the restaurant which is pool side but as of now,during night they do not allow the pool side service.

We went in 2019 may. It was good. Liked the breakfast a lot. Swimming pool too.. surroundings were well maintained.

Natures Hub was a nice restaurant before. Now its all about bad service, mannerless staff, disgusting ambience and zero facilities. They dont provide sanitizers, none of the staff members wear masks and they deny services without any courtesy. Asked them for a finger bowl, they pointed me in the direction of the unclean washroom for handwash. Cleanliness isnt maintained, they dont let you choose your table either (with or without reservation). Terrible experience, wouldnt recommend this restaurant now at all.

Excellent resort on the Chevella highway. Just opposite to the Deer park.They have a limited parking inside the resort, but have ample space for parking outside the gate.Personnel is very limited to cater to all the guests. Thereby causing delay in service. The manager, though, tries hard to attend to everybody.The rooms are neat and cleanliness maintained throughout the day. The most awesome part is the greenery around the park and rooms. Full of lush green plants and trees, fresh air...ohhh...you will love it

Weve been here with family over a weekend.1. Its near Exit 17 on the ORR..making it very accessible to the city.2..The greenery and natural fauna makes the ambience so calm and peaceful.3. The cottages and pool are well maintained. Indoor games are available.4. There is a playground to play a lil outdoor sport as well5. The food deserves a special mention... Very tasty!6.Staff is courteous and treats you well.Overall, it was a nice stay and an amazing getaway with family and friends.

We stopped for breakfast on the way to chilkur balaji temple. Ambience is rustic and natural. Service is good and food was delivered on time. Breakfast was delicious. Overall nice experience

Waste of Money !Not worth the money you spend. They charged 12k/night for a stinking and unfinished villa.Promised a private pool but it was shared by 6 other rooms.Open drains in washrooms. Power sockets were not working to charge laptops/mobiles.There is a lot of room for improvement. Room Service was below average taking longer times than usual.And their Restaurants maintenance was poor as well.Food and pool were decent enough.

Garden side rooms are smelly and no other rooms available for us. even though we called upfront before driving about 15kms.inside few indoor games and few out door games like vollyball available.

Mrugavani Resort and Spa is our fevourite place to meet friends and with family. Its proximity to the city and airport is a boon for both local and outstation travellers. The room service and the food has an authentic taste and really something to look forward to. I appreciate Mr.Suman who takes care of the Food and Beverage for his recommendations like Fried Fish, Chicken Lollipop, Chilli Chicken which tastes awesome. Do ask for Suman if you want some great stuff to eat. The Ala Carte Menu items have a wide spread and is highly recommended.Always return to this place for the lovely Lagoon Cottages which sets a good standard for cleanliness and hospitality.

I would recommend Mrugvani for just a day or overnight stay as the resort doesnt have much to offer in terms of recreation, activities for kids etc. If someone has a plan to go to the Mrugvani National Park or nearby places then a weekend would be sufficient.A few observations.- The property is good but needs regular maintenance.- North Indian food is not upto the mark (we ordered ala-carte for dinner)- Morning breakfast spread has options and is above average.- Staff is polite and hospitable.Food - 3.5Ambience - 3.5Kids Friendly - 4Rooms - 3.5Cleanliness - 4Staff - 5Price - little higher for the services offered and can definitely be improved

Surprisingly nice stay. Clean rooms. However the door lock never worked room 1005. The service staff could not fix it. They said not to worry as there are cc tvs. We could lock the door from inside, but not from outside. This meant keeping the door open while going out. Strange experience.

One of the worst experiences when paying 15k for a room.There is absolutely no service available.Sometimes they don’t answer and even after calling 3-4 times, they take 40 minutes to cater to it. During paying the advance, they had promised it had a private pool to the villa we booked but upon reaching it was shared by 6 other rooms. Food is also below average. The AC and conditions of the bathroom are good for nothing. Indoor games like Table Tennis and the pool table they provide are in absolute shattered and broken condition. The staff is not helpful and take a lot of time to process one complaint. The bed is also not proper with some insects roaming on it along with spider webs above it. Very Low Maintained and Poorly staffed resort with overhyped prices. Will not recommend to anyone who wants to have a good weekend.

I was visited with my familyIts a wonderful stay. Room was very nice its very good experience about my stay.room was very clean and freshness feeling inside the room. Lighting is very less in all the place.Main attraction very attractive staff. I suggest this resort for all of them.

The stay was excellent in nature with a deer national Park right opposite and with a very hospitable staff at the hotel. We enjoyed some excellent local andhra fare. A great getaway if you stay in hyderabad and want to be amidst nature.

We checked in on the 17th July for a 2 days stay. We took the Tree Suite which was as good as it looked in the pictures, the pool was excellent and neat. The check-in process was smooth. The resort by itself is small and not much to do, but if the deer reserve and horse riding were open then it would have been a great place. But things changed on Sunday. There was a larger crowd attending some function and buffet at lunch time. The restaurant service turned horrible after that. Food (buffet) was delayed by an hour and we asked for a glass of milk and coffee and it got delayed by 1 hr. Our stay ended bad.

Rooms r near and clean room service we order drum sticks and mr sushant taken care of us really well. Staffs r well trained. Will come back with group next time

The buffet breakfast is very damp and not worth going for it.May be outside restarent is better. (There are 2 restarents, one outside and other inside resort)Resort looked good, clean swimming pool.

I honestly didnt like the resort. Wasnt upto my mark.The hospitality and management was average.Rooms and food places are not very well maintained, our room AC was dripping water. If they consider about the renovation then I think the place will be much better.Rooms and bathrooms were stinking for some time unless they came over and sprayed.

Its not value for money.Food was good.But the main attraction that is horse riding and national park was closed, which was not mentioned any where. Also few staff behaviour was also not good. Overall it was just okay.

A very beautiful resort providing nature friendly atmosphere in a very close distance from the hustle bustle of the city. It is located just opposite the Mrugavani National park and is a definite recommendation for a weekend getaway. However, it is best to take your own vehicle ad getting a cab out there might be difficult. A very well maintained atmosphere, rooms, though the restaurants service is a tad bit slow. But all in all a very good and affordable choice.

It used to be good. Now bad food.I think today they served Naan from an ongoing party buffet. The mushroom was salty like poison.It used to be best place to go to for Naan and chilly items...

Service is mediocre, reminds me of government services. Without showing us the room they actually asked us to decide on which room we wanted and we also had booked an appointment on the phone to look at all the rooms inspite of that they refused to see it. The pool looked ok, play area is sufficient for kids.

We only used the small cafe outside (near parking) for a quick bite and coffee. It was a good experience. The only problem was it was rush hour and there was only 1 person at the counter who was doing everything... Billing, preparing and service. So the orders were very delayed. We did not mind as we got some time to breathe fresh air amidst the pandemic.

Nice place. Everyone was wearing a mask. Food was fairly decent. The baby corn Manchurian was excellent.What could be better? - the water pressure and pillows. The pool table needs to have a full set of the balls. It seems like the guests keep throwing the balls around. So that upkeep if they can maintain - itd make the experience complete.

I had a pleasant experience. Resort is small and cozy. Except for the restaurant as there is only one. Need a lot of improvement service wise. There is no buffet package. Also need a few more amenities like cycling and a kids park. Best part was the lagoon private pool. Overall great experience

My favourite place on Vikarabad Road. Full of Greenery, clean and neat place.Built with good theme. You can use this as a week end home or day out as there are good rooms, playing area and good buffet restaurants.Had buffet breakfast at Golden Leaf Restaurant. Very good service , nice view of greenery and swimming pool.Must visit.Hats off to the property owner for building this so nice place.

This should not be called as a resort its only a small place for people to live in like a hotel the only amenity there is just a swimming thats it nothing else it was a very bad experience not worth paying 1100 per head there is nothing else only a pool just one billiards table and one table tennis table thats it and the place is just a small land with not resort like things

We came with my inlaws. Check in time was 1 o clock. However we got one room 40 mins late and 2nd room we are yet to get. Reception attitude was not good. They behaved as if we came to stay for free. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend anyone. 1 star is for greenery in the surroundings.

If somebody wants to get married in a resort setting with 100 people or so I would definitely suggest this place because it will almost feel like the whole place is filled only with your people. Its compact in size which makes going around the resort very easy and getting all the events done before marriage like Sangeet or mehendi, haldi will be so much fun. Kudos to management and only one small suggestion to rennovate the rooms of private pool side because some of them feel much older than the ones in the center.

Good place, Good food n very near to Hyderabad city.Day out package will start by 10 am ends by 6pm. Welcome drink buffet lunch n evening snacks will be given in the pakage. Swimming pool is spl attraction.

From outside it might look its huge and spread all over, but no its a small resort with limited room and options available. Staff is friendly however not many options to explore or activities to do ... Room rents are a bit over priced for the location and type of hospitality, for the same room rent you can enjoy Alankrita 4 star with great ambience, food and luxury options.

The amenities they provided in day outing package (rain dance, swimming, games, plus buffet) sounded attractive, so we planned a birthday with 9 of our family and friends together.. Pool was good, but washrooms and changing room were really badly maintained and not clean at all, we ignored that also and went for lunch... THE NON VEG WAS HORRIBLE MY FAMILY HAD STOMACH PROBLEM FOR 3 DAYS AFTER THAT DAY.. IT WAS A VERY SAD BIRTHDAY.. PLEASE DONT RUIN YOUR SPEACIAL OCCASIOnS HERE.PACKAGE IS ATTRACTIVE BUT HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CHEAP QUALITY FOOD... THEY TOOK MONEY FOR NON VEG 1330 RUPEES AND IN MUTTON BIRYANI ONLY RICE NO MUTTON AND THST TOO TASTE WAS VERY BAD... HHST FOR SWIMMING IT IS NOT BAD POOL IS CLEAN BUT HORRIBLE FOOD AND RUINED OUR DAY.. Also... Non veg just had biryani, fish and chicken curry.. Nothing else.. For the amount u pay..that also 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

We went here for spending some couple time, there are some pros and cons which I will. Mention below but the overall experience is really great Welcome drink is very tasty lol...Pros-----1) Housekeeping services are good, quick and responsive2) Suman Garu is a very patient man who took care of everything as initially we said we are not satisfied with the tree hut which is provided to us, he immediately took responsibility to change the room according to the availability and gave us very nice room.3) A very memorable night for us here as we took a candle light dinner in balcony, Suman Garu have taken care of everything, thanks to him. Decoration is really very very nice , customized as I gave instructions to them, its a little surprise for my husband.4) Food quality and taste is superb, room dining is very nice,morning complimentary bf is very tasty... All the staff are coming forward to help irrespective of their role5) Rain dance, swimming pool, swings and games all r nice ...Cons------1) Reception services has to be improved, if we ask something we dont get proper reply2) The room which we got initially is not at all good, but changed after we shared it with Vijay garu and suman garu3) Maybe be due to pandemic I am not sure but conversation with customer before booking a room has to be improved alot ,not satisfied here4) safari ride is good but taking 500 for private ride, it was not even properly 10 mins, there are people waiting for next ride with 50 rupees per head and may be because the driver has to take them he ride very fast for us... Not at all satisfied... Park is really good and view point is nice. It was told it will be for 40 mins in resort, when we went and asked its not even 20 mins as said by ticket counter guy..5) Restaurant people are really working hard but there are many people yesterday so, they didnt serve us that good afternoon, later all its very good..Anyhow, its a good time to go and enjoy with family or as a couple

The place was excellent with ample trees and sitting area and recreation. Swimming pool was well maintained. The staff are very supportive. One of the best buffets served as part of day outing deal. Overall perfect day outing place at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this.
