It is easily accessible . First floor I doubt if they have access to wheel chair, it has a lift but, to access lift you need to climb stairs. When I went there was one lady and asked me to wait. To my surprise MI service centre.does.not have spares and asked me to get it fixed out side. I went for mi note 3 phone.

My phone is mi note 6 pro dipped into water so i went to mi service center on the agent informed we will call back with in few hours til now on i did not received the call no updated statues what the service proving higher authority please follow make asap resolution

I went there becoz my mi band was not working. Got it replaced after 2 hrs. Literally they tell you to wait outside. Among the 3 staffs, one of them literally doesnt know how to talk to customers. I dint understand wht kind of attitude she had. She was sitting on the right side(from viewpoint of customers). The other 2 staffs were nice. Being a girl I was not at all comfortable waiting outside as I could see only men over there. They should first be taught how to speak to customers and how to treat them!!

The office is actually in 1st floor i.e upstairs of mujtaba grills. The office is small but staff are cordial but need to be etiquette and organised. Got my problem solved within time without any problem.

Worst service which I have visited there is no proper customer service.with silly reasons they will reject the warranty products just to save there product.

Worst service center of all mi service center..... I had went to this worst Begumpet mi service center for my phone display has been got back... They took half an hour to say the problem and after a long time they said me dat there is board problem........ After dat I went to second suggest to another location mi service center dey checked my mobile and with in 2min they said me there is display problem and got replaced display problem solved nw its working nice ...... Very wprste people in Begumpet mi service center people nly to get money.....

Nice experience. They took only 1 hr to correct my broken display screen. Nice guy at counter. Not much rush. Nearby there is one more near Andhra bank but its too rush and sometimes parts will not be available

I had been to this place for mi note 4 problem. They said battery has to be replaced and when I asked them the price of it thay said something around 1345 rupees. Damn thing the display board says the price is 799 rupees and when I insisted he says that GST is not included. Will the GST be 545rupees ? On the name of GST they are cheating the public. Beware
