Good place to stay.. Clean and hygienic, all covid protocol maintained.. Outstanding service

Stayed yesterday very bad experience with the receptionist mr. Srinivas ,stayed in Banjara hills road no 1,he was very rude ,arrogant ,very attitude and non helpful person he wasted our time during checkin ,if this kind of behaviour this will effect the hotel reputation..

Good place to stay when you are in Hyderabad. Very neat and clean. You cannot find a better place than this at a very low cost. Early checkin is difficult because the hotel is full throughout.

Please DONT stay!! The AC wasnt working in the room that we got and I complained about it multiple times in vain. The staff dont seem to care about anything. The front desk person is just as useless as he doesnt know what to say and told me the manager has left for the day. And these rooms dont come cheap either.WORST experience!!Please book someplace else

The Hotel is awesome, undoubtedly, but the staff is more courteous and well mannered. Services are prompt and utmost care is taken yo maintain hygiene. I would always consider this Hotel Lemon Tree for my future stay. 👍👍👍

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staffs were very cooperative and polite too .The buffet items were limited but they delivered the ordered items too room and much of the normal amenities which were routinely provided earlier was made on demand in view of covid restrictions. But overall the stay was very good and there wasnt anything negative to be mentioned from the side of hotel.The room was ok and the amenities provided were sufficient but the best part was the attitude of the staffs and the manager they made sure that we were happy and comfortable.

As a frequent visitor to lemon tree properties. Spacious rooms, Contemporary and well lit interiors and Truly welcoming staff makes this property of Lemon tree one of the best. Mr.Prem and Mr.Srinivas were welcoming. Mr. Keshav is courteous. Also would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Ajay, Mr.Ritu and the chefs to ensure we are served tasty food to our rooms. Looking forward to visit again.

The place is OK. Staffs were friendly. Hotels Restaurants was not open. Complimentary breakfast, Laundry were denied. Washroom did not have necessary things like toothpaste, brush, enough Tissues, etc. Even at 18 degree the room was very warm. Lemon tree has good reputation maybe its my bad luck I experienced average..

Lousy rooms poor service basic Amenities in the room not provided.

Reservation was not processed at the Hotels end even after I got the booking confirmed after tha payment. The id card photo copy was lost and was asked to submit the cards again.

An excellent hotel at a reasonable price. I stayed there for a few days prior to my pg exams in hyd .The staff were very courteous and catered to all our needs 24/7 without any delay.

Stay is just okay. Not keeping up to the mark of lemon tree brand, dont know if its post covid effect or was it the same from earlier..!! Worst kitchen management , especially a person named Ajay . Hes so arrogant and non-attentive with the guests food orders and answers rudely despite his mistake..!! Also, special mention to front desk Ajeeth and maintenance department Keshav for the only people you find inviting and cordial .

There is no inhouse dining service. Ordering a tea takes over 20 mins to come in an in house dining facility. They arent the same in terms of service post COVID. Also I feel the hotel is nearly empty when requested for an early check in they took forever to provide us with a room. Breakfast wont be provided even when you let them know that you have an early morning flight to catch. Unhappy with their services

Nice One, Wi-Fi is too good, if you go on bed youll get in to sleep without knowing.. Washrooms are properly cleaned. The only thing is food its not up-to bettet to have out side. No sports channels found in my room..

Good hotel with nice rooms

One of the friendliest hotel staff I have come across. From there time you get down from the cab you feel so welcome. Check in is super fast. Rooms are spick and span and well maintained. I love the smell of their soap and shampoo. The restaurant has a lovely buffet spread and the staff there too give you a personal treatment.The fun part is seen everywhere with funny write-ups and quotes everywhere be it the lift lobby or even the washrooms. I would recommend Lemon Tree to anyone wanting a great experience and value for money.

I was there during COVID isolation.Clinliness was pathetic with cockroaches 🪳 in the room, bathroom and dust under bed. Food plate was repetitive and had limited variety. Did not have a-la-carta room service.

Rooms are quiet neat n clean, well maintained,all necessary amenities present, courteous hotel staff, gud regulations in view of covid followed.. the rooms are less spacious, given the fact that its banjara hills, thats ok...

My experience with Lemon Tree at Banjara hills is different from a lot of other people. Last Sunday my daughter arrived from Canada and has been in quarantine at the Lemon Tree. Like any parent, I was concerned for her safety but I cannot begin to express how amazing the hotel staff have been. They have been professional and kind and some of them have gone above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure she was safe. Mr. Mallesh, Mr. Prem Kumar and most importantly Mr. Mukesh! Thank you so much for everything you did. Mr. Mukesh, I will always be grateful to you for ensuring my child was safe and for being so patient with me.To all those at Lemon Tree at Banjara Hills. Good place to stay in the heart of the Hyderabad. However, beware, the option on their phone alarm doesnt work and if I hadnt done it on my mobile, I would have been sleeping only. The staff is good. The housekeeping is great. I would surely stay here in future. I would have given it a five star but for the alarm issues, I deducted a star. Overall recommended for families and Solo travellers

Tariffs for the first few days of 2020 were off the roof because of New Year rush. Else it’s located in a fantastic location. The gym is well equipped for a 3 star property. Breakfast was good. Waiters at the restaurant namely Ritu, Mousumi and Abhi were polite and well coming. Rooms were clean but no view. Overall a satisfying experience.

Nice hotel by Lemon tree at great location and you will get good deals in their website itself.The rooms are clean and the staffs are very helpful.The restaurant inside serve nice food and the restaurant staffs were very good.The complimentary breakfast was good and they provides offers on lunch and dinner as well.They provide a welcome drink and also provide two bottles of drinking water every day at room and also provide towels ans toilet items as well.

Was quarantined here! Unreliable front desk reps, the only food I ordered had a staple pin cooked along, food delivery with room number marked on it was delivered to a wrong room! The rooms are pretty spacious with good quality in-room furniture. Pretty over-rated for the price service quality equation.

Loved the service here, breakfast options were very good and even the service staff at the restaurant was very hospitable.Just a small thing that I hope the hotel addresses is the Quality of water bottles provided, please use a known and trusted brands like Kinley, Bisleri, or Aquafina.All in all good hotel, centrally located and good service.

Comfortable stay ..

Had booked a dinner seat for 3 of us at Citrus Cafe.Firstly... To begin with the ambience was OK. The number of food items were too less.... I ignored that, hoping to find a better service n taste.Secondly... There was not sufficient food kept in the buffet. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to get the food, which was brought slowly. The whole idea of having a good evening with my family n friends was destroyed.They didnt even have a proper power supply, which abrubtly had gone off for 2 min... This was not expected in a restaurant of Lemon Tree...I hope no one ever visits and experiences such a disastrous dinner buffet... Hope Dineout also removes it from their list of restaurants.The staff, instead of being courteous and helpful was Infact very rude.... I had not paid Rs 517 for this type of hopeless service.

The stay was very comfortable. We stayed for two nights back then. The room and bathroom were all neat and clean and big. The staff were courteous and helpful. Buffet variety was good on both the days comprising of some continental, south and north cuisines as well as plenty of fruits and juices healthy options. In room dining was good, service fast and food tasty. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will visit them again.

Its an amazing quality hotel good for the professionals.. Staffs are so friendly and service is really good...Ambience is another thing which cannot stop yourself from praising.Its located in one of the posh area of Hyderabad, which is Banjara Hills... Near to shopping malls, very convenient place

The hotel is clean, nice and food is good at the hotel restaurant. But we ordered room service chicken curry and veg pulaov which tasted and smelled stale. it seemed like it was reheated in microwave. other than that, everything was good. Staff was a bit weird while leaving and the security guard is always on his phone. Imran from reception we met while checking in was kind and friendly. he took us to our room and was very helpful and polite. We wanted to tip him while leaving but we couldnt see him around.

Okay hotel, clean and hygienic. But they dont have a good restaurant or bar.

Loved the place. Very neat n clean rooms. Support staff is also very good. lockers and iron facility available in room with small fridge. I have not tried the food. Checked in & out time is very less which saves your time. Laundry service available on chargeble basis. It is located adjacent to main road and most of the shops are available in reachable distance.

It was awesome to see Shiv, the housekeeping staff, work so diligently and beautifully. He helped us check out of room 516 on November 23.It was a proud moment for a disability advocate like me. Keep it up, Lemon Tree, and keep employing the special community☺

The hotel was very neat and clean. I will give them that. The rest of the areas were totally downhill. Citrus cafe where they serve their buffet meals was a total disaster. It is manned by a bunch of amateurs. Not all dishes were marked on the dinner buffet. Refills in the buffet never done on time unless asked for. I had to literally beg for a glass of water. When I asked for my bill after giving my room no, they reverted back saying that I had already checked out. Over and above that they had the audacity of taking my room key and checking with the reception. This was followed by nimble apologies from their side realizing their mistake. Next day buffet breakfast was a pandemonium. Not enough seating area..once u get up to go to the buffet ur seat is gone. Pathetic service continued in the form of no refills,. no water served,. no placards for dishes...Dinner was again the same in terms of service. My package had one major meal included. This time when I asked for the bill,. the waiter even after checking his records had the audacity to ask me whether I had lunch there that day. It was as if I am a freeloader try to gorge upon a free meal. Disgusting....Pathetic service ..Much better hotels around at much better value for money and exemplary service.Pathetic Service

I am going to advice everyone to stay at Lemon Tree, banjara hills!!The location is perfect as it’s situated at the main road, only 45 minutes away from the Airport and ideal for corporate stay!The staff is super helpful and friendly. They managed to give me an early check in during rush hour. The breakfast buffet was really good, offering a wide variety of food from all cultures.The rooms were neat and tidy along with the washrooms. Spacious rooms and great room service. However, the menu items can be a bit expensive.

Everything from the start of the stay till the end was absolutely top class. The warm welcome, the helpfulness of the staff, the restaurant, the rooms everything at its best.Few highlights of the stay:1. Hotel is located within 20-30 mins of various tourist locations.2. Our rooms was big enough for rwo people.3. Clean sheets, pleasant fragrance, light colours.. Perfect ambience.4. The bathroom was clean as new with all the toiletries provided.5. The lunch buffet was quite cheap with multiple options of delicious food available also their breakfast was scrumptious.6. Their in room dining is absolute delight. We ordered Ceasar salad, a pasta and one mains. The food was so well cooked, filling and delicious.7. The staff is very conscious of the guests needs. And are very polite and respectful.Well the list will never stop. I would definitely look for a Lemon tree hotel first, before considering other options for my next stay.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a top class stay at nominal rates.

Good for Business Travel. Complimentary Breakfast and Dinner were better. Good in Taste and they have many choices like North and South Indian Styles.

Seems to be recently converted to Lemon Tree.Stayed only for couple of nights on a business trip.Cons:1. Frequent wifi disconnection2. Power back up is there, but it takes 5 minutes to start back up generators3. Lobby is small affecting seating capacity4. Very basic shower area. No shower cubical / curtains, making things messy. Not a single rod / hanger in bathroom.5. No safe in the roomPros:1. Limited but decent buffet spread. Food quality is good. Didnt had a chance to taste lunch / dinner.2. Courtious staff. Requested for 5-6 cloves for toothaches n were made available immediately.3. Work table is large enough however chair can be better.3. Location. In my case but not advisable for folks going to HighTech City/ financial district.Given a choice, I wont prefer to stay here for a business trip

Extremely well managed handling of institutional quarantine for my daughter. Very very commendable and very efficient.

Great value for money. In the heart of the city. We did banquet and stay for about 8 people and it was managed smoothly. Sneha from banquets was very helpful and the GM Srinivasan was also very service and solution oriented.

The hotel is situated at road no 1 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad which is a posh colony. This is adjacent to main road and has many shops nearby which makes it an ideal place to spend quality time. The staff is really polite and helpful and ensure that the guests remain satisfied. Though being a north indian, I did not like the cuisines offered in the buffet, the manager Mr. Huzoor got a special punjabi dish made for me through the hotels chef which I really enjoyed.

One of the nicest place I have visited in Hyderabad. Decent and courteous staff. Food is nice and socially biryani items were good. A finest dining place to visit with friends and family members. If you are looking for a short stay in Hyderabad its one among best places to opt for.

We statyed for our business visit. The hotel is very well located in Banjara Hills. Its neat, tidy, has clean bathrooms, very good linen and nice service too. The breakfast spread is quite good. Overall, we were very happy with our stay there.

The property was a smaller one compared to Lemon tree Hitech city. The breakfast menu was not very extensive but the service was good. the staff was highly trained and respectful. I felt the cost of the room and the size of the room and breakfast had a mismatch. Isolation, hassle-free check in, no disturbance and clean washroom
