I went there first time by taking help of google maps on my car, appointment was at 10AM morning, i wanted to park before the building but there was a board and it was written the space belongs to another outlet and i was searching for the parking space, meanwhile i found one way right side of building it was routing to under ground but there were two big poles inserted either side of the entrance so no way my car would fit that, i wandered here and there to find space to park my car but i didnt get any space, i roamed around for an half an hour and returned back to home disappointed, there was no security guard or some one to guide me, I was really disappointed i went there crossing 20+ kms.Just my suggestion people who are visiting this hospital at Gachibowli you need to come on cab or two wheeler (i doubt if 2 wheeler parking also available), dont come on own vehicle and make yourself a fool.Giving one star for my disappointment and time waste, i would have invested that time in another thing. I suggest hospital authority to please provide parking space especially for four wheelers.

My Fathers cataract surgery was successful and was done in a span of just 10 days thanks to the specialists especially Dr. Preeti, Dr. Padma and Dr. Srilatha and the staff.

We booked for one doctor but the staff tried to push us to another one. Even said a lie that they dont know when our doctor will come, etc. When we said we will still wait, then she said the doctor will be available in 15 minutes.Also, the doctor tried to push for unnecessary additional tests from their centre even though it was not really needed based on what the doctor was saying themselves.

My 11 year old son was complaining frequent itching of eyes. Consulted Dr. Swetha Padma at Dr. Agarwals Gachibowli. She diagonised it as an allergy. After using the prescribed medication, the allergy was cured. I also got my eyesight checked by her. Very much satisfied with the service. Well maintained hospital premises... Clean and hygienic. I had a pretty ordinary exp here. I came with my mother-in-law for a general eye checkup. They gave new set of powers. And when we made the specs, her vision went from bad to worse. Later she went to small town doctor and they gave new set of powers that worked pretty well.Secondly, these people post optometrist check straight took us for cataract surgery consultation, even before we met the doc. The counselor gave all kinds of package and said its best to do it early. Doctoer later gave a mild consent for surgery. Later when she went to small town doctor, they said your ia pretty early stage and I will give some drops to remove cataract that will better the vision. Dont go for surgery just yet.So what a great commercial hospital thia one is. Just remember, Dr Agarwal is listed in stock exchanges and they are hard pressed to show revenue and profit growth! 2+2 makes 4!

We visited Dr.Agarwals Gachibowli for getting my parents checked as they were experiencing blurred vision. Dr.Sweta Padma evaluated both of them. The evaluation was swift including any tests that were required. My father was diagnosed with a retinal issue and was prescribed some medicines and a procedure to objectively evaluate vision to determine if a surgical procedure would be required. My mother was diagnosed with a cataract issue and we were suggested the procedures to undergo, their timelines and options available in terms of lenses to use.
