Had visited it during the lockdown period. I have been to Starbucks several times but this outlet is one of the worst in Hyderabad. The staff they kept are total newbs and lack the art of presentation and even mixing. Even I would have made a better coffee. I had to pay freaking 400 bucks for a coffee worth 40. Shame seeing this service from sucha well known brand. Wont recommend visiting here if you are a coffee lover.

Wonderful cup of coffee as always by Starbucks never fail to amuse me. But this time it was not the same the person who got billed before me got some friendship day tag to his hand. But when my turn came I could not get one. Didn’t know why ! Maybe there is a minimum billing needed. There is no need of partiality guys. Please be the same to all customers.

The staff was good, the ambience was also okay. But the food didnt taste that well as expected from Starbucks. I was little disappointed with the club sandwich. It tasted somehow not right. But my caffe latte was amazing (vanilla creamed).

Coffee is good. But they made my payment cancel and I didnt receive any money till now. 398 for coffee and 400 rupees cancel amount. Total 800 is wasted.If you, Mr. Starbucks, seen this pay my money man. When will i receive it.27-07-2021, July 8th I received the amount

Such warm and welcoming staff. I had an hour to kill as the flight arrival was delayed. So came downstairs to starbucks and ordered a cappuccino. The staff greeted me with a warm smile. Sanitized my hands and took my temperature. The place was empty. Clean and sparkling. I had a good peaceful time here . The coffee was excellent . Staff was very courteous

They dont know beverages names, dont serve with name n be careless while serving

The tables were unclean, sticky coffee residue and food crumbs on multiple tables. The employees need to take better care of basic things customers expect at a coffee shop. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene is appalling.

My experience is very bad on Starbucks one of the employee is very roud and his behaviour is very bad and language also not good he telling that

Starbucks has always been one of my favorite places to go for beverages, outside India.This was my first trial and I sure did not regret it.Great place. It’s got the subtle environment and tranquility like I prefer.

The service was expectational and the drink was spot on.This is one of the best Starbucks store in the city, I have been to the other ones, service and the drink are subpar at a few locations in the city, this is a star among the pile of junk. I hope they keep their A game and service stays top notch.Keep it up guys, also its 24 hours so thats amazing.- Daniel

Obviously, the drinks and service are Starbucks quality. But, expect to extra because of the airport location. Tag on the extra parking fees and you have a drink that is double the price than at the city stores.

Super awesome and the service is far better than any other Starbucks outlet in Hyderabad.

Starbucks at the airport is the est thing to happen to RGIA in the recent times apart from a separate International Terminal.Staff is sweet and they have super fast internet and pods with power cables if you want to work before catching your flight.

It is regular Starbucks. If you are Starbucks fanatic then go for it. No crossiant though. Compared to US the prices are extremely high for even a small cup of coffee. I prefer ChaiPoint on behind RatnaDeep.
