Very very limited buffet spread for vegetarians..The desserts were very good and satisfying.The service seems to be the worst I have ever experienced in such a 5 star hotel. Looking at the service and hygiene level followed it really seemed to be below standards. Needs a lot of improvement in terms of service.Also recommend increasing the vegetarian spread for the buffets.

For those special occasions when you want to relive history when you passed by Tank Bund, looking at the most imposing building in the vicinity - The Viceroy, promising yourself, you will be a dandy in your later life and prove a point to most of your friends and your foes that you are not the sum of all your achievements.When you actually get a chance to visit it, you realize you dont have to achieve much in life apart from craven luck and a company policy that accommodates such ostentation.PS - Yes, the buffet is nice too. You have to show some false exasperation on that left over grilled chicken to get it served to you a-la-carte.

Visited this place for the lunch buffet. The ambiance is good. Good choice of food to select from. The buffet costs Rs. 1534 (including taxes).

Loads of choices but the taste didnt live upto expectations. Though staff members were very humble, polite and helping, they were rarely around and we had to wait at many (live) counters for the staff and also order item ourselg.

Restaurant was really nice and their ambiance is amazing. Food is tastful and stomach full options ( I am a vegetarian) , dont know about the non-veg section. Live tandoori, pasta, noodles avaialable. Looks clean and hygienic everywhere. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Can have wonderful meal time with family/friends without and disturbance or push or hurry from the restaurant people.

This place is my new favourite for breakfast. They have buffet option which is absolutely incredible offering a variety of cuisines that includes South Indian, North Indian as well as English breakfast options. And everything in the menu is totally perfect and delectable.Hygiene: They are absolutely serious about this new covid era, they dont allow you to remove your mask even in the buffet area apart from while you are eating😉They dont allow self serving to avoid multiple audiences touching the cutlery.

Unforgettable worst experience. The manager here is extremely rude. Although taste of the food is good. We have booked table online but they say u should call us to confirm. Why are they accepting booking online if they can’t manage it. The staff Santosh was very cordial though . Will never visit this place.

The service is always top notch, but was little disappointed with the food as some of the items were cold. Soup was disappointing. Went there with family in Sep 2021. Place was over crowded when we visited and it was unmanageable by the staff. Not much variety for vegans. Limited menu. I was not impressed by the service. Overall ambience was ok.

Food on the lunch buffet was okay for the price. However, the service was pretty poor. Had to keep reminding the staff for the order multiple times, some items on the buffet were not even served. Had to follow up for things like butter and sodas. It was my wifes birthday today and this was not expected from a place like JW Marriott. Also, the washrooms were unclean and were stinking.Bottomline, I am not recommending this place and I am certainty not going there again.

The food here is great and very well tasty and genuine. The meat that is served is very well brought, cut, marinated, cooked And served and then preserved.Especially the chicken with red wine. Its very very very tasty.I went to this dinner buffet last night and its great. Theres this swimming pool at the hotel and its very exotic in the middle of the city.The crowd is also busy with their Friday chores and management Is busy doing their regular duties. The halls and ambience is also very good. The entrance is like a mirror very well cleaned and polished And maintened.The food is very well cooked and served and displayed. I really really loved the chicken and also the ciabatta bread with cheese and chicken in the middle of the bread and then cooked in 🔥 to get that tasty and exotic flavor from the red wine and gravy from the chicken breast. Its very tasty.Overall the best place for food and location in middle of the city and front of the river musi And Gautama Buddha statue in the 💧.One of the best locations in the middle of the city.

It is just a showpiece. Interiors are amazing! I understand that the restaurant is open 24 hours a day but the money paid is not worth the food. You can visit this place to enjoy the ambience but not to enjoy food. Customer friendly staff but I dont know why they take so long to serve the order. Literally waited an hour for our biryani to be served.

Had worst experience because of 2 things -1. In papad, I saw a hair strand, which I didnt expected.2. In buffet, a non veg item was LABELLED AS VEGETARIAN, like seriously?? What if a pure vegetarian person had ate it. I was saved because I had a doubt, but seriously this was not at all expected in such a 5 star hotel. How you can be so careless???The place is having amazing interior and the staff is polite. In Veg buffet, we were served corn soup, 2 starters (paneer and potato), which tasted average and then we had alot of different items to eat like Greek salad, dahi vada, papads and a lot more.For main course, they have a lot of options in curries like sahi paneer, potato curry, stuffed tomato, mixed veg, etc. But for breads we have to wait for a long time. Not a place for foodies to go they only have 2 chicken starter and 1 fish starter. No prawns no mutton starter. No mutton biryani no pizzas no welcome drinks or beverages. No ice creams they will get ice creams only if we ask them. No chat most of the counters were closed. Only 3 desserts. Very less dishes but the price is still expensive for that amount of money i recommend you to try other places. Staff were humble no doubt. Very disappointing experience just to rejoice our mood staff member ordered for a small red velvet pastry ambiance is not as good as it looks in images. Try buffet at ITC kohinoor or trident they are best in class for ambiance, food varieties, number of dishes and alot more Varieties of desserts.But okra was the worst buffet experience i ever had food is also not so great

Situated inside the mariott hotel its their one of the signature restaurants with good ambience and wide variety of food in the buffet. However vegetarians may find it difficult to choose as not much choices for them. Their desert section is simply awesome and you will definitely be enjoying their fare.

Okra is an All day dining restaurant that serves food and Alcohol all day round.With a suttle ambience this fine dine restaurant will get all you need.They serve amazing buffet and a nominal price.The sunday Brunch here is best in town with a wide spread of Indian as well as Continental food.The live food sections and live bar makes it Lavish. The cocktails here are Amazing.And they even customise food and drinks according to the guest needs.

I ordered Oreo Cheese cake through swiggy. What have you sent me?? Such a disgusting peice of cake with a lot of cream like a normal pastry. Its no where looking like a cheese cake. Pathetic packing. And for that stuff poor swiggy person had to deliver it in rain.

Good ambience but limited dishes at buffet..

We made a reservation this morning . Drove down here for an hour to be denied a reservation . The manager (Vikash Kumar) was especially rude and would not consider any conversation . A terrible experience me and 8 people from my family were left without any table or place to go just because of the unprofessional behaviour . Will never come back here for sure .

Food and service were top-notch. Not a big fan of the ambience, but that could be my personal taste. Safety measures very diligently followed in regards to the Covid 19 situation. Trying to find fault in anything here would be literally a deliberate nitpicking. We went there for lunch, buffet had great many options to choose from. I enjoyed the food and the dining experience. On this occasion, Okra is 5/5 for me.

We just had lunch at okra buffet, we are thoroughly disappointed and are leaving the restaurant very unsatisfied. We are not going to venture in the vicinity of the restaurant in future, and when we asked for the suggestion book they wont give the book. This is my honest comments, I request the hotel management to take this into your hands and handle it. I would give this zero starts If, its a total waste of time and money. I have myself eaten in many restaurants in Europe and this is not satisfiable.

Even after PAID booking a table for 9 pm we were refused a table stating that they were full... Manager swapnil was extremely inconsiderate in asking us to wait even after seeing a that we were with a toddler. We were made to wait for quiet a long time after the given time. Guess these guys have just tied up with social media networks for more footfall but do not know how the regard the same.

Went for my anniversary dinner and we were early birds at 6:45 considering the night crowd.It was very clean and hygenic and staff were wearing mask.We have opted for buffet and it was a great experience a few times youre pampered a few times no one hears your voice..Food was delicious except the fish where the feedback was taken and said it will be looked into. Overall it was a good experience.

We had breakfast and lunch buffet here during our stay which was included in the staycation package. Both buffet had sufficient variety of dishes and very good taste. Also included items from live counters. Desserts were fantastic. Serving staff are very well behaved and efficient.
