I went here yesterday that is 19th jan on occasion of my birthday. Since it was a weekday,not a lot of people were around. I am glad i chose to visit here on weekday. And the ambience is pretty nice. I loved it. After the construction of the durgam cheruvu bridge the popularity of this place has increased since it is adding up value to it’s roof top dinning. I loved the food, a bit pricey but worth the place and taste. The service was super cool. Amnesia bar is in collab with fusion 9. I am not a fan of drinks made in amnesia but the food was the deal maker. Few pictures are attached of the evening. Didn’t take any picture of the food cuz we were starving. All in all a very decent place to throw a expensive party🤦🏼‍♀️

Very good Italian food, especially the ravioli is perfect 👌 and they do customize the food based on your liking. The pizza with a thin crust is brilliant too. The booze is competitively priced too. The waiters are extremely hospitable too. They have nice lighting when you go during the dinner times.

Great place tucked at the back of a mixed-use modern concrete slab building in Jubilee Hills.Extensive menu covering Indian, Asian and some Italian/European options too (pasta, pizza, risotto)Service was good - attentive staff. Drinks menu was also impressive with a long list of cocktails themed around TV shows (I had a Walking Dead, Peaky Blinder and a How I Met Your Mother)Food - decent enough but not amazing. My friend ordered a Fennel and Chicken salad only to be presented with deep fried chicken strips on a bed of heat-wilted lettuce leaves.....not great given that Fennel was one of the key reasons somebody would order this.All things considered, as a walk/tour weary tourist on a hot Friday lunchtime, this was a welcome stop en-route back to my hotel for a cold drink or two and a decent non-Indian meal.Definitely worth a visit.

Feel of a dine out just beside rocks. Though i didnt find it appealing for lunch or during daytime, it is quite comfortable for a date night.A good set of al-a-carte options to choose from. Sadly they dont serve buffet. And if you have sweet tooth, do not forget to order their cladsic fruit truffle. Check out the pictures below :)

Fusion 9 offers a great Sunday brunch that has a wide spread It is a good place for a family lunch or if you want to catch up with friends. The brunch has 2 options, one with alcoholic drinks and one without. Give yourself 2-3 hours so that you can savor the menu .The spread was big enough that you have plenty of choices but you dont get overwhelmed by the number of dishes Food quality is excellent.. Finish it off with yummy deserts.The Brunch is slightly expensive but for the food offered you would want to go there again and again.. A special mention to our server Mr. Joseph he was very considerate of our kids and was warm and carried a smile all through.OVERALL :- With Christmas just around the corner the restro was all decorated with Christmas theme ..beautiful ambiance to go with great food .and pleasant service

Now not that Fusion 9 which it used to be earlier. Hospitality sucks. Waiters will just come and just put the food on your table without even providing the proper cutlery. They wont serve it in your plate until you insist. Variety in menu has decreased. I miss the old Fusion 9

First thoughts first - Global Cuisine, fine dining.Thats right - perfectly matched to what I expected. A very good choice for variety of cuisines. The overall expectation pretty much matched. Ordered soup, starters and of course - main course. Oh, plus the deserts as well. Oh we are full to the brim. The food menu is decently priced, so you can pass through that.

Though the food was good, what spoilt the complete experience was the attitude of the staff, especially the manager. When I asked him why he charged Rs 50 for Rs 20 bottle, he said thats how they do it, charged me service charge without informing me and added GST on top of it. No reason provided for anything except that they have approvals and thats how they do it. Horrible service and attitude

The taste and the ambience was good but as very disappointed with the quantity it was very less and purposely they serve you with such quantity so that you order more . The malabhar paratha we ordered was the size of an idli and not I am satisfied at all .

Food quality is a bit okay, but parking is a big problem here. Fusion9 has no official parking space and vallet parking people are parking all guest vehicles on streets. Yesterday evening I found a big nuisance is going on to the hotel staff with the colony residents. I observed for 15 minutes and found the residents are genuine. Thank god, I took a cab due to raining, otherwise my car would have gone to police station. Towing vehicles took 5 cars. One of the residents were saying that the Bar & Restaurant has even no proper license. As a sincere Indian I have decided NOT TO GO FUSION9 forever. Thanks.

We had gone for the bohri food festival. It was lovely. Every course of the menu was delicious each surpassing the other. To eat together from one plate was also a very wonderful experience. The samosas ,raan and payas, all finger licking so were the accompanying chutney.

Food is definitely great. However Ive eaten great food like this at a more reasonable price. Prices are insane.

Food and ambience wasnt great

This place had no atmosphere. I felt it was a place for couples or people who wanted to come and talk business. Although i was content with my steak. It would be helpful if the staff new the size or wieght of the steak. When the waiter asked me how I would like my steak done I was very pleased and thought I am going to receive a well cooked steak. I asked for medium- well but it was bearly medium and still very pink in the middle. I felt the food was not good value as the portion of veg and potato was very small. I will not be returning to eat here again

Theyve got a little bit of nearly everything. Theres a selection of Thai, Italian, Indian and even Tapas (small plates) if youre not too hungry for main courses and just want to snack around. I recommend their Galouti Kebabs & Thai Roast Fish.

Perfect for a date night or a cosy evening with friends. Food comes in second to ambiance, with some dishes on point and some missing the mark. I did thoroughly enjoy the Malabar parotta and Kerala mutton curry, but was disappointed in the dulche dear leche.

Have ordered Green Thai curry, Kungpao Chicken, Chicken breast with mushroom sauce... It was good nothing.

I went there on a weekend. The restaurant was quite empty, still it took almost 30-40 min to get our order. We have to remind the staff to provide us with basic accompaniments. Food is good but service is damn poor. If you are planning to go there keep lots of time in hand to spend there. Service is lousy.

I ordered the Indian meal with palak paneer and garlic naan, entire food was not eatable. Naan was completely burnt and tasted like charcoal, the gravy was overly salty and kind of bitter in taste. Had to return it after the first bite.

Just visited both branches - jubilee hills and inorbit mall. The one in jubilee is small and ambience inside is like a funeral home. I left and went to inorbit and it was worth the experience. Had a date by the window with a vast view of the lake nearby, sweet background music and AMAZING food. The basa fish on the menu was one of the tastiest fish i had in hyderabad. decent portion size and bursting with flavors that will send shivers down ur spine. The sushi was good but can still be improved with additions on it like caviar and some sashimi on the side. the drinks were refreshing and the ambience was decent and welcoming. this branch is much spacious in contrast to the jubilee hills one.
