I had a cup of tea for INR.189/- probably for the first time in my life. Ambience is great with adequate spacing between dining tables. Songs were played in the background. Ideal for couples and families to spend time in a relaxed way. Situated next to the Turkish embassy. White sugar and Demerera sugar was offered as alternative. Q R code payments accepted

Was a second visit after few months! And to my surprise they are so consistent with their taste which is difficult to maintain nowadays! Great food and a lovely host! The owner comes specially to serve you is the best part.Basil pesto and cajun spice chicken pizza are a MUST TRY!!!The best fish n chips served in Hyderabad!Also was blown by the tender chicken skewers! Loved their coffee 5/5- Mini fish & Chips with tartar sauce : one of the best fish & chips I’ve had in town. Quality and quantity both were good and did not seem like it was a “mini” dish 5/5 (highly recommend)- B&B Club Chicken Sandwich : absolutely amazing. One day the good streak ends, and so it happened. After months of going around this beautiful city, visiting various joints, this was the worst of the lot. So bad we had to cancel on the order and walk out.Loacation was good, plenty parking outside, nice ambience, food okay, coffee not available and service horrendous.

A very nice cafe located in a silent and residential area in jubilee Hills. The ambience of the Bistro is very good and the food is tasty. The staff is also very polite. They have no touch menu and payment method which is enabled by a smart QR code. Overall a very nice and safe restaurant.

This place just looks small in pictures but its actually quite spacious. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. The ambience is amazing with beautiful lightings. The bistro is located in Jubilee hills. It is a decent place with ambience that makes you feel at home. The owners are polite and welcoming. The food over here is pretty good and flavorful. The place has an indoor as well as an outdoor seating area. The dish portrayed in the pic is peri peri chicken breast served with mini potatoes, cherry tomatoes and creamy sauce. The profile of herbs is rich and savoury. Definitely recommend this place for enjoying good food in a peaceful setup.

Lovely food and ambiance. Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors of every menu item we tried. All their spices and marinades and sauces are also made to order. The pizzas were out of this world..... and so were the pastas. Lots of vegetarian options to choose from.The service was good and we had a relaxed time at dinner- very unhurried, but yet everything came out exactly as we ordered, piping hot!!!Special mention about the father daughter duo who run the place with such passion and dedication.A must visit place for great food!

This is a new joint that I tried it as a suggestion from a friend. The food here is awesome and if you are in for taste, this is the best place. I had ordered all day breakfast as shown in the images. 10/10 for the presentation and taste. Croissant is undoubtedly the best I have had till now. Its rich butter and cinnamon flavor just melts in your mouth. You will not regret it for sure. All in all a nice place to hang out with friends and the owner is quite friendly too. I will definitely go back again!!

The place is just as unique as the name. Beans and Brie is a quiet getaway in the hot and bustling city. The delicious, lip smacking food gets a 5 star straight away, and so does the ambience. The Nutella waffles were 10* worthy.

I would say excellent service provided from the people who strive to give best for their customers. The food tastes really amazing and presented in a pleasing manner. I normally do not write reviews on restaurants but the worst customer service at Beans & Brie Bistro has left me no choice but leave this feedback. My friend and I went to this Bistro on 2nd Jan, 2021 for lunch.Sanitisation: Unlike what Beans & Brie Bistro states in their Zomato dining experience, it does NOT follow the WHO sanitisation guidelines.- [ ] None of the workers or chef were wearing masks or gloves which is a major safety concern during pandemic.- [ ] And the sanitisation that they talk about is done by Colin liquid. For those who don’t know what Colin is used for, it is used for mirror and appliances to remove dirt and dust. As per WHO guidelines they must use a disinfectant to sanitise after customers leave. But I saw the workers cleaning with a non disinfectant which only shows their ignorance towards public safety.Food:- [ ] We ordered a chicken classic burger which after 30 minutes the owner says is out of stock. (As per old reviews that I read this is something they do often). They gave me a choice among chicken steak burger and their special in house burger so I went with their B&B special burger. What I got was a big piece of chicken slapped with some green sauce, a lettuce, a cheese slice and three onion rings in between two burger buns. The chicken kept slipping off in between the burger making it impossible to eat. I just cut a small portion of burger which was no easy task. The taste was not at all great. The chicken was too dry and there was no sauce or mayo which made the entire burger dry. So I decided to send it back.- [ ] Customer service:- [ ] My friend and I called the chef and told her the burger wasn’t good and the chef said one minute and just left without responding. Since the chef was not coming back, my friend and I decided to go and pay the bill.- [ ] The chef asked me if the chicken was too big for me. Like what? I told her that I did not like the burger at all and below is what the owner’s astonishing response was.- [ ] “I guess the burger was too heavy for your appetite, we must’ve got you something light.”- [ ] “You are the first person to say you didn’t like the burger. Everyone loves this burger. “ - That response it self proves that the owner does not know how to take a feedback from the customer and just blames the customer in return for not enjoying their food.- [ ] When we asked if they are deducting the burger amount from our bill as I sent back the food, this is what the owner’s response was:- [ ] “I prepared the food for you so how can you expect me to not charge?” - Of course in every restaurant, the chef prepares the food and not some machine. If the customer doesn’t enjoy the food and barely touched it, they don’t charge the customer. But the owner started to react like we were trying to get some free food. Here are some more things the owner started to blabber which only proves the owner had very bad attitude issues.- [ ] “Your bill is just thousand rupees and you are asking me to deduct money from that? People come here all the time and they saw how much less our prices are and they just give us money.” I am not exaggerating, these were her actual lines. So according to Beans & Brie Bistro, a customer is only entitled to good customer service if we spend more money there. They do not care for customers or feedback unless the amount is more than 1000 rupees. I was not willing to pay 300 rupees for a burger that was horrible.- [ ] Once we realised that the owner and her sister were not even concerned about our issue, we paid in full and got out of that Bistro.- [ ] The owner and the staff at this Bistro need to do a course on hospitality to understand how to treat customers and how important customer service is. And I am not the first person to report the owner attitude issues. There are many reviews on both Zomato and Google which I regret not reading before going to this place.All in all, this Bistro is a major safety concern along with average food and worst customer service. Think twice before you order food or go to this bistro.

Place doesn’t deserve half star. The reception guy was the chef, was very rude to staff and customers as well, he was abusing his only lady staff in front of customers . Waited for almost 35mins and our order was not even on pan.

Beans & Brie Bitro is well known in the area. Reasonably priced good food and beverages. Spacious seating, with plenty of view to give you a good feel after ordering. The favourite that keeps me coming back is the personal touch. Really tasty, nice and hot food, perfect for a friends day out. Always glad that I decided to go and happy that I went. Very attentive and helpful staff. Always nice when a restaurant succeeds because of its staff and not in spite of it. I prefer eating here as the atmosphere seems a little more calm and under control.

My family and I have been regulars since B n B started as we are literally neighbours. This is one of the best things that has happened to us, finding this quaint and amazing place a hop, skip and jump away. The level of quality, hygiene, courtesy by the owners and above all the taste of the food is impeccable. From their coffees to their starters and mains and a special mention of their croissants, they have set benchmarks in taste and presentation.Every road trip of our begins with an Americano or cappuccino from Beans n Brie.We’ve never had an issue since over a year and we would highly recommend this place to everyone in Hyderabad - irrespective of where they live.To the many critics or dissatisfied customers, please give them another chance and you will not be let down. I can guarantee that being one their first customers who continues to be given a great experience.

As a regular customer at the bistro, I always find myself relaxed & chilling with a coffee & some great food at B&B. Have also spent several days working from the cafe. The level of hygiene is impeccable, and the service is always warm.As I noticed a sudden surge of bad reviews, all of them along similar lines, its rather unfortunate that some loyal customers of the cafe, who I noticed have hung out day in & out across months, are getting everyone they know to give a 1 star rating and a bad review. And for what reason - only because they bought food from outside to consume in the cafe & were called out for it by the owner.While F&B industry strives to make customers the king & meet their every whim and demand, that does not make it okay for customers to act as they please. Restaurants have taken a serious hit through the pandemic, and instead of supporting your neighbourhood cafe that you visit so often, you are bringing in food from outside and consuming it? And then running an unfair & untrue smear campaign by getting everyone you know to give them negative, false reviews? Quite saddening to see such pathetic attitude from once-loyal customers, when the fault lies with them and they just got called out for it!@TeamB&B, please dont pay heed to their false reviews. Your commitment to the cafe & hard work speaks through your food & service - all your patrons are sensible and kind enough to see this. Keep up the good work and cannot wait to visit again!

The food is below average, takes forever to get the food post ordering, ordering is a task, attitude feels like we get the food for FREE and we haven’t ever experienced good food, the menu will leave you wondering what to order as nothing seems to ever be consistent, something or the other always goes wrong either with food or with a simple coffee. Consistently disappointed with the food, coffee and of course the service & “doing you a favour” attitude & arrogance. Billing is also a task and so is ordering, use the QR code to order and they don’t notice, finally when you order they’ll come say “we don’t have ingredients to make the dish, so can we give you something else” but they will not even make the effort bill it right, if the first item was ₹650 and the one they suggested is ₹350.. they will still put ₹650 on the bill and expect the customers to figure out their fault !! This has happened with extra coffee which weren’t ordered and food we didn’t want !!Ask them specifically for something to add or remove from the dish, they will say “oh we forgot, can you manage”How long will it take for the food to come - “ sorry we forgot we put the pizza in the oven and it got burnt, you’ll have to wait a little more” which is 45 more minutes more, that is if they have enough raw materials such as the pizza dough!!They literally made us wait for an hour for a simple salad, nothing fancy a SALAD!They really need to fix their food, attitude and practices consistency!!

The ambiance is great. One can enjoy the excellent menu, be it starters, coffee or juices, and work in a peaceful atmosphere. Believe it is open for small get togethers and events. Would like to try that out sometime.

Beans & Brie as the name suggests lives up to the wholesome cheese experience be it their thin crust Pizzas (my personal favorite being pepperoni), their Egg Benedict (their hollandaise is to die for), or the Baked Chicken Lasagna.Beans & bries coffee keeps me woke all day and couldnt appreciate the whole Buzzer more (no-contact service) as it helps us burn a few calories (& Duh its covid). New York style cheesecake with the blueberry compote is something which takes me back to the whole Cheesecake factory experience.

Bad food. Need to improve their customer service! The Caesar salad ended having an uncooked prawn tail.When we had asked the person there, we were told to put it aside and go on eating the salad.All one could have done is apologised for the mistake. We were charged for extra coffees multiple times as there is a major flaw in their billing POS and were asked to pay for it as well. I am sorry but we have had multiple conversations about our concerns but nothing was done to resolve them at any given point of time.

Hung out at this place quiet a few times. The food is bad and the attitude of the owners is even worse! They really need to improve their customer service and not let the customer feel like they are doing a favour by serving what they serve! The food has gone from bad to worse in the last few months as the owners themselves cook and dont have a trained chef.This place really needs a change of attitude towards the customer, a change in their menu and a drastic change in the food that they serve! Please dont visit the place as there are way better options in the city to get a cup of coffee and chill!

The food is horrible and the customer service is pathetic! The fries that were served were oily and over fried. One can make better omelletes at home! They are over priced as well which is a another minus! The order takes forever after ordering and billing is another task which leaves you really disappointed! Beans & Brie is a perfect café to spend your quite days. The ambience is great, the food is very personalised and the best part of this place are the owners, Shruti, their daughter is the backbone of this café, especially after the pandemic, she runs the kitchen which makes the food more personalised coming from the owners itself, they make sure that hygiene is in place, their kitchen is super super clean also, they have contactless options which makes it quite easy and streamlined. The café is pet friendly too!Things to try, their coffees, Lasagna, breakfast options and the cheesecake is to die for.

The egg white Florentine is like the desi burji despite the desparate attempt to call and make us understand that it is acontinental bistro the fries are too oily or soggy. Consistency is a rare phenomenon here.

From the location to the food, everything about Beans & Brie has won my heart. Love the vibe at the cafe from the moment you step in. The food is lipsmackingly delicious and absolutely love how freshening the variations are done to the cuisines. The desserts are simply heavenly. The staff is so friendly and nice. Food takes forever here to come to the table, a trial and error cooking methods by the owners either from written recipes or YouTube. It’s a self order and self service place and what you get in bonus is a terrible, cold, patronising, reckless, callous and “please don’t come here” attitude from Vasant.Over priced food and you are never sure of what comes on to the table. They make it and put it on a tray for you to pick up and don’t take responsibility either for a wrongly cooked order or for a badly cooked dish. What a terrible place in totality. Bad food and bad service is such an understatement. Most uniquely undesirable coffee shop oops Bistro I have ever been to.

The attitude that it’s a hostel or their home where food is a charity and at their mercy. Neverending wait for the food and what comes on to the table (sorry you have to go and pick up from the counter) is a clumsy dish that I guess the owner’s family decides to shove on your face. Never go there except if you want bad food and terrible attitude in bonus.

Food is delicious here and dont walk away from this place without having cheese cake.
