Worst bank have to visit multiple times for small work

Worst bank, only they work for BHEL employees I think , for other customers they wont work , better avoid this branch.

They dont give respect to the costumer. very bad

The worrest bank I have seen, they dont have MS office installed their systems. They depended on open source softwares and they tried to uninstall and install back as they are unable to provide one simple file. They make us waited for 1Hr 15Min.

Always it is busy branch. Staff very cooperative.

This Bank is Very slow in terms of Service. Best to Visit Early at Morning. ATMs are located at Outside of Bank. Deposit Machine and Coin vending machine are located inside of Bank.

The worst possible experience. minimum time to get any work done here is 2 hours, they enjoy making you run about different counters I guess. Just submission of kyc documents took me more than an hour with running between 3 counters. The next visit was for activation of a joint account which took my wife all of frustrating 4 hours with out getting any result. I took her the next day and spoke to the manager operations and complained about the lackadaisical attitude of the employees he asked me to wait for one hour then he will look into it and walked away smirking I asked should I cancel the account and he said counter 5 with a scowl . #$%& I was flustered with this attitude from a high ranking person. I approached the chief manager who I should say was a bit better he assured me that all my documents were in order which I already knew and said to activate account I need to withdraw some money ifrom the account. And this process took me all of 45 mins. Though he was helpful he enquired about my cast seriously in this age is this going on in a PSU. Any ways no one can change this branch I guess. I actually have good childhood memories of this branch from 25 years ago when I visited it with my Dad. Now I guess I should cancel my accounts and go to some private bank.

Though this is one of the largest banks in india, they lack proffesionalism. This particular bank is situated in an area where all the customers are employees but still the bank staff is unable to handle the customers. Just because it is a government bank the staff need not take it for granted. Above all the drawbacks in the bank the only appreciable section is the forex department where the staff is limited yet helpful and prompt.

It is your luck...If the ATM work good.If not.... go home.

First about manager Kameshwari.She is such an idiot. She feels she is head of completed SBI company.She doesnt even know ABCD is banking system.Undereducated idiot she is.She speaks vulgarly with government employees being an employee of PSU bank.Worst branch Ive ever seen..Few employees are good.They dont work and feel as if they know every thing.And comes Mr Nageshwar Rao. Branch head.He is a complete idiot for his sake.Even if compliant on bad and ass behaviour is his branch he say ok ill see.But wont take any action.All mad asses are sitting at this branch.
