The recruitment process experience I had purely stood out at requirement-centric and was never employee-centric.All the fake promises made finally ended in revoking the offer just because they found someone for a lower pay grade and candidates location being near.Not really sure if one can bet a future with EY,India on a long term with the kind of unprofessionalism these sort of people bring in.

Initial HR Call they take details of Expected Salary also agree to Pay as per expectations. Simply they conduct 3 or 4 rounds Interviews then they come to Salary Negotiation. They Offer Minimum 1-2 Lacks less package than current which also Includes 15% variable pay.I had very worst experience. Please respect & follow basic ethics.

I got a call for technical round, some of the questions were not relevant though, but after i am done with the round they said that they will get back to me with feedback which never happened even after months so unprofessional never expected that.Please dont keep candidates on hold just like that if you cant afford or if the candidate doesnt match with your needs tell them immediately.There is a lot of competetion outside so time is money plz dont waste it.disappointment is so extreme !!

Very worst experience and the interviewers are too arrogant . Salary hike provision is also very less.Not at all a good experience with this interview.

Non-Professional Company and highly dis respectful HRs. I had an opportunity to visit there for an interview, Interview time given was 11am but they dint start the process till 12 oclk. After taking 45 min of written test they made me sit for the 1 hour just to say that result will be shared with you in 2 days. Despite informing admin people that Im done with the test, Im being constantly told that HR is busy you please wait.How can one bet their future with the company who doesnt have respect who anyones time ??There are a lot better options, please choose wisely
