To the fresher commerce/MBA graduates who want to pursue a career in Deloitte F Block(I think most of the teams now are moved to G/H Block): Please join B,P & A; F, P & A or similar teams only. Other teams like Accounts Payable and receivable, Payroll are really not up to the mark. The market value of a person who is doing AP/AR/Payroll is very low because most of the good organizations outsource them. Even if they have it in house- the pay, growth and career graph everything is not on par with other good teams. A lot of people in an attempt to start their careers in a Big 4 and end up in such teams. Taking an IJP later will be really a headache as the person has to start all the way from the beginning and AP/AR role might not have imparted any skills to him/her. These roles are only meant for the people who do not have high aims.

The place is awesome. I visited the Deloitte University and the aura is to much awesome. They have good facilities for Deloitte employee.

Nice cafeteria. Parking - available. And if youre being there as a guest, security clearance is easy if you raise a request prior through any of your friends working there. (I was at Deloitte for a toastmasters meeting). It has got a really nice and flexible work space.

Work Culture & brand value is good but the main thing depends upon the project you are working on there...

This place is awesome. Beautiful office, clean washrooms, good security and good behavior in their part. One of the best in Deloitte Drive.

Parking is congested, the ramps to B1 and B2 parking are so steep that shock absorbers are getting effected. The process to access inside the building for vehicles in not good. The issue a ticket to each vehicle which is causing long ques in the morning.Lifts and common areas maintenance is good. Melting pot, the food court in the building is really nice and has all types of food being served.

Known as one of the Big 4 Accounting firms which uses SAP, Hana softwares apart from other internal softwares and tools depending on the process. Employee friendly policies in terms of leave, work from home, maternity leave and compensation package. A brand that adds immense value ones profile.

Amazing corporate building with probably all amenities. Bank, common cafeteria, Starbucks, state of art infrastructure.Opposite to Westin Hotel in Raheja mindspace.

I have been working in the building for more than two years now and have never experienced any inconvenience. There is enough parking no matter what time you go. The security guards outside are also vigilante and helpful.The building has a food court on the ground floor that has Melting pot, Subway, Agra Sweets, Thick shake factory and a few more eat joints. Then Starbucks and Keventers too have opened up. There is SBI branch and three ATMs- one each of Citi bank, ICICI and SBI. Vodafone and Airtel store is also there. The place has two salon - Azure and Habibb (recently opened). And yes, there is a Kodak store too.

Best location a office could be.Top floor for GYM and you get to look at the golf course from here.

Note: this is the review of building not of deloitte.This is block of deloitte is one of the least popular one. You cant park your vehicle unless you have the sticker so beware of that. People coming to interviews, better come in public transport. Another pain is going out of Mindspace. Every day it takes 10 to 15 minutes to go out of the area.Positives: melting pot (restaurant), less crowd in cafeteria,
