Used to be good, now its below average. Even after seeing ratings, I took a chance. But definitely not worth it.

Rooms are large and specious, but there is no service at all. If you ask for tea you will get it after 1 hour, there was no light bulb in bathroom they told they will put it I stayed there for two days they have not put it.

I Dont wanna give one star also cuz the rooms are worst if you book by OYO. I dont know about other normal rooms . Worst bathroom worst walls. I wanted some other room but they purposely told not available I guess. Nice pictures uploaded in OYO but you will not get those rooms I guess.

One should be very careful while booking room here, I was cheated openly... We booked rooms at 999/- day for 3 days.. Later I booked 6 more rooms...Gave advance n we said that we will settle whole amount at the time of check out... during check out, they charged 999/- for 7 rooms and 1100/- for rest of the rooms.. it was a open cheating. Receptionist was very rude.. one need to be careful prior booking rooms here.

Location is good . Near to busstand and janata bazar. We were informed that hot water is avalable 24x7 but we got hot water very luke warm. Toelet needs to be maintained well. Otherwise our stay was ok. Hotel staff are cordial .

The services at this hotel are far more horrible than that one can think off.Absolutely no maintenance, running water in the washroom. Dirty shelfs buckets and no hot water in the washroom. Not even a jug of water was provided as a complimentary services.They never expected that we will ask for a bill, when we asked they started running around on the floor. Took them almost 15-20min to provide us the bill.If you are looking forward to stay at this place, I would rather say please reconsider. Find something else Rather than regretting after booking this hotel.

Situated at a crowded place of court circle in hubli, better service is expected. Even water bottles are charged, no room service, they do not know who have served the room and charge however they need if not asked. The entrance seating is full of mosquitos because the basement is filled with stagnant water. The two stars are for parking space for two and four wheeler

This was one of the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Such a dirty and old property ..not for decent Family stays. Rooms are old,dirty, stains everywhere. Beds are too old , completely stained and looks like it ms used for almost 10 years. Lifts doesnt have sensors nor they are Maintained properly . Everywhere it has got dust and spits everywhere. My god u cant even imagine the hygienic conditions of this hotel... Friends don ever try and encounter such worst exp here . The worst Hotel and not worth for even 200 Rs also!!
