Not a good place no hygiene at all ....buckets in bathroom u cant touch them they arent cleaned. Sticky mugs sticky buckets, rusty faucets... Food is tasty but again cleanliness is of a matter

Rooms are good to look and feel.Bathroom faucets are not changed. Its rusted and leaking. Dust on the telephone not cleaned. Commode is not cleaned inside with yellow staining in the bottom. Steel stool inside the bathroom not cleaned of its corroded layer.

Good and hyginic servive

Its a very good hotel located in the center of the city. Rooms are specious clean and comfortable. It was my second time stay in this place. Both the times I went for weddings, so I just stayed in room and had only tea. I dont know anything about their food menu, services and room rents.

Rooms not maintaining properly

Food here is good.. quantity is also good.The rooms are not that good... Walls have caught mositure and the bathroom floor trap is clogged...the room service is not at all good ..they are very late after we call them... Not satisfied with their service...they dont give proper service for the money we pay them..they just have reasons to give for any unfinished work or fault in the room...

Restaurant is really good offering south and north dishes and chats in the evenings..Lodging is decent with single double and four bed rooms.

3rd class hotel. They charge star hotel price and its so dirty n dusty. U will find all insects in this hotel..

The room is not worth the money. We get hot water from 6am to 10am. There is room service for food. Hotel staffs are friendly. But I wished the room to be a bit good because they took a rent of 1500 per day for the normal 2 seater room

Stayed for night stay from pune to Bangalore. Room was decent but very pushy for a.c room first but when we push for non a.c room they gave. Very noice due to road side more over therere gaps b/w room for ventilation but will get another room noice due to that. Rest took 3 bed room bcoz no 2 bed is available. 3 bed room Price 1680rs.

This is one of the oldest hotels in Hubli, Rooms are both big and small in size . This hotel has LIFT and a good restaurant in the compound. They have a good car parking facility with 24 hr security inside closed gates. 24 hrs check in check out. Its just opposite to Hubli bus stand. Rooms have old interior but good interior and good toilet but some are old but well maintained.

Worst hotel,3rd class rooms

We stayed in AC double room. Quite good. But tariff a bit expensive for a city like Hubballi. Hotel is at a stones throw from the Old Bus stand. Hotel is well maintained. It has a public restaurant also. Good Pvt parking space available. Its difficult to get such properties in the centre of a city. I recommend..

I stayed in room no.1....charges 850 no ac for simgle occupancy....managemwnt should watch their bathroom first before charging so much.....

Apart from the spacious room... nothing is good. Washrooms stinks. Bucket and mugs used are very dirty. If your room is next to the main road, you wont be able to sleep due to continuous noise. Remote for TV does not works. Since I m a woman n stayed alone there for 2 days, i felt very unsafe, someone came in the middle of night and tried to open the door , since it was closed they went. After checking out they called me and said that I paid for only one day but clearly my office had booked the hotel for 2 days. Altogether as a single woman staying there didnt felt comfortable and safe.

Decent budget rooms at the heart of Hubbali! Weve visited here a few times and have found the rooms to be clean and well kept. The property is however showing its age and some of the older rooms need renovation. Room service is prompt and you get what you need on time.Overall a good place to bunk for the night or for short trips. Do not expect to be cradled in luxury here.

Very conveniently located with ample parking space. I would say that for the price cleanliness is acceptable. In absolute terms, needs a lot of improvement one the cleanliness.

The hotel is right opposite the old bus stand and 5mins from the railway station. Heart of this city and has ample parking space.The staff at the reception are helpful though you may be made to wait for the room to get ready for occupancy.Rooms are good and there is a restaurant attached which serves decent food.For short stays at affordable rates a recommended place.

Nice hotel at prime location. Had little trouble during check in. Front desk didnt had the booking details, made us to wait for about 30 min. Rooms were neet and clean. AC working fine. Very near to bus stand.

Mostly whenever i travel to Hubli for my official work, i prefer staying in Hotel Ayodhya as it is close to the VRL Bus Board point by which i travel and also this Hotel has their own Restaurant where i have my Breakfast.So it becomes easier and saves time.Also the name of the hotel Ayodhya is very Royal which is also very persuasive.

Reception were not polite, room was smelling awful with paint smell and even telling room boy they are expecting us to remind for room freshener, no plug point near bed. Rate wise I dunno to judge. Cleanliness wise fine.. but paint spoilt that
