Wonderful store with variety of products with good discount compared with other stores very friendly staff who provides a very helpful information regarding product and payment options and even says the facts with transparency.

Good place to purchase as they provide price match option from Amazon/Flipkart but few items they will not have in stock. I went to purchase Apple Watch SE 40mm, They have the watch for display but there is no stock to purchase. They asked us to wait for 4-5days so that they will get the stock. Good staff behaviour. Place is well maintained.

Very well spread out and spacious two floor show room for a range of home appliances, mobiles, computers, A&V equipment etc.Courteous and knowledgeable staff.Good and safe shopping experience.

Pathetic staff.Especially the the ones at the tv unit.Lacks transparent conversation. Offers discounts while talking. And when you go to make a payment, boom! The discounts dont apply.You cant get customer retention with such poor staff that look at only getting the units sold.Croma is a brand but your staffing comes no where near that word. They arent even aware of what your work times are. If Sunday is a holiday why do you promise an time installation?? Some sort of highly established con-men you have at your store.Why promise what you cant deliver? Disgusting experience.

Customer response is hopeless. They will not clear any sort of queries rather get into offensive mode and arent providing proper details/service during billing.

Worst management....the staff was very kind but the management is very very worst! I was buying iphone 11 for Rs.54999 as told by staff as it was showing in the system! At the end of billing the staff had a conversation with store manager and told sir the price has been changed now it is 56999 you have to buy at this price only prior to this the device was billed at 54499! Staff even called other branch in banglore and asked the price there it was same 54499! At last I would say the management is very bad as hell! Im giving 0 zero customer satisfaction....

Pathetic horrible staff of microwave oven section. There was this one staff who was kind of middle aged in microwave section, when asked if there are any offers right now, he bluntly told we don’t encourage bargaining here . Fyi, asking for offers is completely different from bargaining. First train your staff properly and teach them how to behave with customers . My main reason of not buying here was the attitude of that staff. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who don’t train their staff on how to behave with customers . We don’t come here to bargain . Arrogant staff .. please learn something from your competitors like harsha who treat their customers so well. Well the loss is for you not us by keeping such outdated arrogant staff

Since its a hassle to go and come during covid, I asked prior about the availability of the stock for a particular model and product. They said that they have the stock and right when I go to buy boom out of stock. So 1 star for the service and inconvenience

I was not expecting for chroma, Hubli to have have this iphone 12 pro max mobile at their store, sincse its the latest mobile in iphone, But surprisingly it was there, I have compare the price with online Amazon and flipcart also, there was no difference in price, hence with 5k cashback, I decided to buy from the store. Coming to staff of chroma, its seems they are not customers friendly, their approach towards were not so good, seems very casual, hence they need to improve this. If chroma people are seeing my feedback, pls improve your customer services. Thanks.

I have mixed review, hence 4 stars.Shop was neat and clean.Sales executive was very helpful (Mr. Shabbir) and explained in detail.But,the billing was 15 mins late. Sales executive was with me until billing is done and was requesting the billing person to get it done soon. But, the billing staff need to be more attentive.

Very bad after sales service by Croma. I purchased iPhone 12 from them and they were very friendly but after the sale, when I wanted a charger for iPhone 12, the employee confirmed the availability and promised me to keep charger for me. Despite promising they made me travel and then they told it’s already sold to someone else and this continued 3 times.

I purchased by havells company cooler .it is a senceble cooler. And it is gud quality cooler .

Croma representative assured DYSON HP04 would be sent within a week. Its been a week now no one bother to even inform. My parents ask for contact number at the showroom. While making the full payment. They replied ” we will call you”. They assured the same will be sent before a week time. All there talks only to sell the product. Croma representative have no knowledge of the product all they do is try sell with an EMPTY brain( No information what so ever. ( Croma representative too pushy to sell BEWARE PEOPLE). My parents waited for 55mins. just to do the payment. They are that slow, confused, unable to communicate, far than prompt response, Zero Calibre.

During festival season you will also get additional accessories in addition to the main product you are purchasing. They also offer 3-hour, 12-hour and one day delivery depending on the product. You also have a section at the entrance where you can keep your belongings.I have personally purchased a laptop and a power bank and have no problems till date.
