A cozy nook to hang out in.. Food was good but was too spicy for my taste. Homely food as some reviewers have mentioned here. The tea was good but the coffee was not sweet enough (kinda bitter) for my liking. Reasonably priced food. I wanted to try out the waffles but it wasnt in the menu. The atmosphere was a little somber and tense when I visited. It would be nice if there was some pleasant music playing in the background. But the place is well decorated.

I think that all of their vegetarian entrées are fantastic and you cant go wrong with them. The service is fantastic. The portions relative to the price are on point. Everyone Ive interacted with at this restaurant is genuinely happy and joyful. In times as hard as these its heartening to see the joy and positivity from the team.

Not too much, not too less, just perfect -The food, the menu, the taste, the place, prices, everything. Fine place & fairly good food. But, looks like the owner, Ms Aishwarya Sarda has attitude issues and hotel management problem.Explaining the situation:-The owner comes to us at our table & starts anxiously speaking in a high tone, saying Im not trying to be rude! Why do you come and ask repeatedly if your order is ready? We cant concentrate & we have other customers not just you people!(That was truly ill of her )Well, I had after all ordered for two cups of coffee & for which I waited 15+ min.If you cant focus on cooking ,I suggest you to hire more staff. Throwing tantrums at customers just because you are worked up, dont explain your behavior.Have you ever considered others perspective?We come to ask for if our order is ready because you have already taken considerable amount of time & that we pay you for the order, its not that you are giving it away for free.I hope you seek for the help you need & become a better person. I really do.

A beautiful place to spend your evening at. The Sabudana Vadas are to die for. The ambience is so fine with all the hand made boards and posters. Makes you feel at home! I absolutely love visiting this place! ❤️

Tasty food and great service

The best place to chill out with some amazing food.The outdoor tables are the best, with the cool evening weather and the best, tasty and hygienic snacks. The place has a good vibe, with some cool paintings on the wall and good lighting. The sabudana vada, cheese balls, maggi, sandwiches and kitkat milkshake are some of the good dishes. Chai and bun maska is a must have. The bun is really so soft and fluffy.

Best place to have heaven like chai and snacks and to chill out

A small and cute place for chai and snacks. Best suited for college students and youngsters. It has limited sitting capacity. Chai has always been good. Also provide a special snack for the day, for seven days a week. One might fine the items on the menu limited but how much do you need for a snack! Very pocket friendly too.

Last year I visited Hubli to meet with my friends some of them I had seen almost 25 years ago. All my friends decided on meeting at Chai Shai as is located centrally and a nice place around hip collage area. I was pleasantly surprised with the ambience at this place- very clean, contemporary arts on walls and best of all finger licking food!! I rate this place best in town for reunions, get togethers and just a hangout!! I felt like I am in US suburbs sipping my favorite latte !! Great place and nice hosts!!!!!

Decent place for snacks and of course tea🍵 as the name itself says chai. Snacks were really tasty. But i had ordered Blue lagoon and other beverages which were not worthy. Then milkshakes tastes good. Not a place for quick bite. And pricing, should have been a bit cheaper.

Place is nice and small . nice for friends, most times nice music but lots of time taking for order delivery and giving reasons. Every time i come hubli i visit .i like the chai but owner not treating customer correct .It is my kind request to owner to please be nice and take little time for cooking items.Also many mosquito are there and no mosquito coil .This time i came alone but taking more time for my order delivery again and give other table faster but they came late also so i thought to put review here.
