Very disturbing stay. During night people in corridor are very disturbing. Intercom was not working in spite of reminding to replace several times. Have to ask for hot water for shower every morning. F n b service very very slow. Food is excellent. Amenities in the room are very old. Hotel needs renovation.

Today when I took breakfast and came to the counter for making payment, the concerned Manager had made a failure attempt of one the bill payments made through Card by an another customer for Rs.1370/- . He retried the payment of thT custo.er along with my payment of Rs.462/- simultaneously. My card was swiped twice automatically as it was wifi enabled. The negligence of the Manager was brought to the notice and asked for refund. Hotel staff started saying that it was my mistake. There was one Banker sitting close by and she also supported that Hotel should pay back money because it was their negligence. But, nothing worked out and I had to go back only with assurances that amount would be refunded if that customer comes back. Not a good hotel. No principle. They dont accept mistakes. Moreover, bill collection staff is not knowledgeable and updated with the current market trends and not cautious.Very poor. This can happen to any one. You have to be very careful. I do not suggest this hotel.

Ananth Residency is very nice hotel, its located near the railway station in hubli must visit, its like low budget, but picture hit.👍

Newly came for take breakfast at anantha restaurent and we parked our car and that time only two car parled there and security gaurd ask roughly where you going told us to vacate the park, but we requsted we will come restaurent we still not did the breakfast thats why we parked here, then he told rudly when we just standing at outside if u want go restaurent then only you can park, u take ur car and go. We told u note the car no. We will definetly come for take breakfast but he talked very rudly and after we told we will talk with ur manager, then the lady person came she also told same. After we vacate the place without doing breakfast. We really feel bad. Early morning only happend this.

It was one of the best hotels at hubli. Now i have been shifted to the 3rd room in past 1 hours due to no proper working of air conditioning at room . All the old models ac very pathetic conditions of ac.

The worst experience I had with Ananth Residency. We ordered 2 motton biriyani but we tomato rice along with 2 motton piece 50% cooked. Please dont go for it

We had ordered 3 chicken dum biryani as take away order, we were given stale veg biryani/pulov mixed with chilli powder and few chicken pieces. It was the worst experience which left us with food poisoning. Not at all recommended.

Anant Residency is by far the best restorant I have seen near railway station area. The food is tasty and the restaurant is very well maintained in terms of clearlines. There is a parking for at least 25 cars opposite to the residency but not more than that. Over all I had a good experience visiting this place.

Its good hotel to eat with family as veg and nonveg is separate with bar facility for alcohol lovers a total family hotel.

Ultimate experience. Very neat, very tasty food, professional staff, I have best experience of this restaurant. Both lodging, boarding, are best.Best bar but prices are slightly higher as compared to facilities and look. Another important factor which is really shameful on part of restuarant is network issue .if you are in restuarant or bar we are never able to make or receive calls , the network connectivity is so poor. Even many times I have faced problems in making payments with debit card and credit cards due to network issues. So after many years , the owner didnt notice and not taken any step like installation of boosters or other provisions to resolve this issue. Ok by the way other things as food, taste, ambiance, staff, are excellent.
