They have promised me a land that will be developed with NA and CC. Then they take half of the money in my case 5.5lakhs with 200 rupees bond paper. The bond paper just mentions the details of payment and the amount paid with promise that land is allotted. But you will never receive a plot. Even the site map and plot numbers are not approved. So it’s all fake. This happened in 2014 and I can attach send the bond paper proof for anyone who needs it. Until today as I write this review I did not get my full money back nor the land. The developer and the company employees simply play with your money. Not genuine. I would not recommend anyone to trust them.

It has been 6 years they did not complete NA of the land we took. Man such lands and layouts are pending even after taking money from cuatomers. Now it has been 15months we are following for our refund. They always bounce the cheque they give and always gives excuses. Mr. Patil, the owner, never answers calls nor replies to text or whatsapp messages. In these 6 years he spoke to us only 3 times. 1st in tge beginning while booking, 2nd when we cancelled tge booking after 5 years of booking and 3rd was accidently when we met him in his restaurant. Ms. Shilpa (accountant) only says what her employers aaks her to, but when we ask to connect to the owner, she gives excuses and never connects us to the owner.Ridiculous developer, dont book anything from this builder and developer

Took money 5 years back, and did not complete project at gamangatti as promised. Now hez not responding properly.

Please all customers, my suggestions Dont Waste Your Hard Earned Money, worst experience, dont invest your money, till date not completed single project, They only take money, but once the possession time will come no body will respond, Bought a site from Prithvi builder, they r big cheaters. Work is not completed yet and they just keep on saying we will do this and that. Big fraud company !!! Please read reviews before planning or even thinking to buy any property from Prithvi Builders and Developers Hubli, as they will try to lure you !!! I wont recommended anyone to buy from Prithvi Builders !!

Sir, Please update status of Amargol and Tadasinkoppa phase 3 layout. As per agreement, Amargol layout should become NA by now. Many staff also leaving office and no response for calls. Please response
