Stayed with a friend. He told me the basement got flooded in the recent rains. Otherwise a compact 2 bed room apartment. Quite close to a lake where interlock foot path is under construction.

1. Location is lill tricky for recognising2. Lot of fresh air and birds around creating gud atmosphere.3. No water problem but only bore water4. 2 balconies for every house5. Lift available6. Very well Maintained. Regular cleaning and mopping done. Plants too maintained.7. Parking available for every flat in basement8. Security available 24/79. No frequent power cuts and the tar road infront.10. Waste is collected from every house everyday.
