Myself Shivashankar. Jirli working as a Lecturer .I purchased 2TB hard disk . After using 1.5 years, it stopped working.Then i was not getting any idea what to do next.So I approached Tech Store, spoke to Shri.Anand Sir and told my problem.Anand Sir said, give me 1 day, i will find out the problem and let you know,so less than 24 hours, Anand Sir called me and told the actual problem of hard disk and also told me that, he will arrange to replace a NEW HARD DISK .Shri.Anand Sir-Tech Store took 4 days and called me again and said, Sir, please come to Tech-Store and collect your NEW HARD DISK. I was very much happy and surprised.Anand Sir also told me that, checked the health of new hard disk. Really very impressive work i found from the Tech Store, IT-Park, Hubli. We rude behavior from person whom I spoked in techstore.. I wanted to purchase a HP DA3001TU Laptop, he said 38000₹ & we have requested him to give some discount.. He refused to give a 1 cent as discount! Then get to know that he dont provide laptop bag too I enquired more than 10 shops in IT PARK All are ready to give a laptop bag from less than 2000₹ from his price.. But he wont. I purchased that same laptop from croma in gokul road for 36090₹ including laptop bag.. I think teachstore Is not good from middle-class person like me.. And they are over charging too..

Failed to treat customers properly...when asked for the Hp and Asus laptops ..suggesting for diffrent company laptops...yes its good to suggest but when we ask for the company we want....they should be ready for that ... And yes when Asked for a specific model....i.e Asus bq035t..the owner dont even knw the model name & searching for the model in Google and he didnt knew that model exists...great to have such people ...👏 I suggest people to take It from Croma or Reliance Digital.

1. They charge extremely high amount2. They will report wrong issue and Charge higher amount as we would be unaware of it.3. Staff is extremely rude, will not listen to concerns.4. They will try to get maximum money out of you , for basic issue they will charge minimum 2k.5. All that I have written is with experience, Please do not visit this store. You will be under loss. Had a good time here. Service is good as they dont charge for small small things. I had a battery problem on my hp laptop asked few service centers but they didnt had stock of my laptops model, by luck I got here. I would recommend u all to visit this shop.

Based on reviews I had been there, but it turned out to be waste of time. To replace a RAM (which I had bought on my own) of my laptop their base charge is 650 Rupees and just to reset the system they priced another 650 Rupees. So, to get done a system reset (takes max 2hrs) and a RAM replacement( Takes 20mins max) totally they were charging 1300 Rs. I was like seriously???Finally I got whole thing done in another service center at only 500 Rupees.So, people out there dnt go by only reviews and surgery costomer interactions. Roam around in market and then buy as per your convenience, so that you can get justice for your hard earned money.👍
