I have earlier purchased a cabinet and SMPS. When we went to buy it, we were made to wait for an hour till the shop owner came.The second experience was worse. The manager and the owner gave a faulty Zebronics SMPS and misbehaved when I asked for replacement.They say they do not have time to listen to customer grievances and they are just middleman.Prefer ordering online even if it is little bit costlier rather than ending up getting insulted and misbehaved by these people who dont know how to treat their customers.(Date: 23-11-2013, Zebronics SMPS, Inward Challan No. 333)
