Not happy with service being provided, whenever we make call for not having proper internet connection your landline phone is always out of order. When called you ask to give anydesk to check issues when the issue is from hardware side. Do come down to the house and short out the problem.

They provide 2 network providers, bsnl n railwire, both government ones! Bsnl has huge down time and unreliable bandwidth. Service is poor. They blame it on bsnl. They charge 3k plus for a cheap router and its mandatory to buy it while getting the connection. I would buy any other provider if I had the choice, unfortunately its just them in this area! If you have an option, please dont choose them!

Giga Technologies is a pathetic service Provider , I am not sure which fiber cable they use that it gets disconnected every week, please avoid getting an internet connection from them you will just endup paying and following up on the status on the internet connection.every weekend they have issues and the people in office never pickup the call as they are enjoying their weekend when we are in trouble and the issue will be worked upon only on weekdays.is this what we have signedup for ? i wish i could give zero stars.better go with other providers for lower speed than signup with Giga and get no internet at all.

I would give 0 stars !!!!! Very worst service!! It is not about COVID impacting them but they are the really worst service provider!!! I have complained regarding the wire disconnection(cut) 3 weeks back and I have been following up but they are just behind money!! For the very first connection they charged me around 3000 which should be paid!!! After that the connection was cut and I had to pay 500/- ( with any bill) and now I asked for service they are asking 1000/- ( again without bill) if I ask they say “ sir will provide u the bill” but never they have provided me!! Please not to take Bsnl connection with these people( Giga technology) they are very irresponsive !! Pathetic service

Very bad service. I came to Hubli on transfer from BANGALORE and requested for internet connection as quickly as possible as my children are taking online classes but in vein. Waited for two weeks, but they failed to do so. Visited their office not less than three times leaving my office work as they rarely attend phone calls. And more so asking for payment before the system works. They hesitate toupgrade the technology. I dont recommend.

Poor Review . theyre very busy and they give respect only for Bulk Orders. If we go For Enquiry then Boss you need to wait for an Appoitntment. Or else you can walk away volunteering yourself

3rd class service I ever seen.... Giving excuses unnecessary .....not responding to any complaints....I recommend you not to take any service from them...

Worst service provider. Im trying to call them from past 3 weeks every time they cut call or just say wait for moment and hang call. After I visited office they refused to give service to my area. Connection distence is about 400 meters and he is telling 1km.They are telling they dont have time. Even if Im agree to spend money on wire.

Need to focus on customer rather than seeking for profit...If the customer wants a cheaper option thats available should not try to squeeze your idea and make him pay more for it...

Excellent service. Their speed is good and staff are well qualified to help with technical things. As name suggests they are GIGA in quality and service.
