Feels very remote place to go inside. Not so far you need to cross several industries to reach the place. I guess its the only way in and out. Layout is good. No one responds to the calls. Should have been more accessible

Well developed plots only few occupied

Nice layout but, Maintenance is missing, gardens and avenue plantation would have maintained nicely... 10 years old layout, only two houses are there.... Developer should promote for construction. Convince investors to construct.Road: the approach road from Airport ( behind fortune hotel) is worst. Layout is missing connecting rods to its standards.

Best ever I seen like this living place, fresh air, best for morning walk, jogging, I loved this place

So much of greenery.Foimd some playground also.Nice place to buy plot here. NEAR to Aiport hubli and connecting mumbai highway. One side of the place is surrounded by Beautiful small hills. OTHER Side is connected to Gokul village. Place is isolated from City.Less crowd and pollution.Found only one or two houses here.Yet to develop.But I will recommend it to be nice place to stay here.
