Its a very good property and near to the airport. The service staffs are great and polite. Booking directly with the hotel is better because they provide 24hrs from the time we are checking in and it is less than the amount mentioned in the website.

The ambience is unique and bright.The restaurant on the top floor is multi cuisine and has a bar (alcohol served). The vibe is very great with good furniture and lighting. They also have a large TV/projector and it is a go-to place for sports lovers during any game.The restaurant is open for considerably late hours in the evening.All in all, Good food, Good hygeine, great vibe and decent service.

It was our stop over point while traveling from pondycherry to Mumbai. Clean hygienic rooms. Electric kettle, mini fridge, TV, AC all such amenities were available. Its quiet close to Highway.

I dont know what takes them so long to serve food....people come here when they are hungry . They take hours to get starters and another hour to get the main course. We asked for onions and they gave us fired up ones, the music selection is just off with the place , the high chairs make you think you are in KBC. If you dont mind waiting for long hours for your food , you should definitely try it. The food wanst bad.

You gotta sweat while you eat!To add this annoying experience, theres a smoking zone for right inside the restaurant!!Music is so loud that the waiter cant hear what you order!! I almost felt I was working out with the sweating and the music!And the best one, the high chair setup is such a mood killer when youre with family and the restaurant refuses to swap your seats for better ones!For food lovers: food is ok.

Almost walking distance from the Airport you have all the comforts of a four star hotel at 3star rates. Good food is bonus. Only the complimentary breakfast we didnt find up to the mark. But cleanliness, service, ambience and lunch and dinner are excellent👍

Been there multiple times. Very few non-veg snacks are good. All others dishes including veg are worst. Absolutely not recommended. Service is not so bad but very late, kept waiting between dishes.

The food is really good here particularly in the non-veg starter menu (chicken 65), ambience is really soothing. I dont know whats wrong with their music selection, it goes from melody to metal 😂. The only problem we faced was delay in food serving. Apart from that had a really good time.

Service is very very slow, in Bamboo Biryani chicken is the worst part it very very hard more like that rubber and one of the shameless part of this hotel being in Karnataka is that the manager and owner himself told that no Kannada songs will be played, even we requested to play one song he said no, we asked the reason why you will not play Kannada songs he said why you want Kannada songs we will not play Kannada songs he said, I think someone must take action on it....

Stay was good, had to ask staff ti clean the room once again. The bathroom flush was not working properly for delux rooms. But night stay was good. The restaurant experience was really bad. The restaurant staff did not understand the requirement and kept saying either yes or no and took 1.5 hours to serve food, food was spicy and then they asked to pay for that food. This issue was faced by other guests as well. After complaining to manager he said they have cook problem due to corona, but then if they had issue they should have directly informed so as to not trouble the guests!!
