It’s a very nice hotel. After pandemic also the property has been well maintained. The staff are very nice. The food is good, the breakfast menu can improve. Overall it’s worth the money.

We came only for the food but have heard that this place had good accommodations too & is frequently booked for conferences & gatherings.

The Denissons hotel, near to the airport, at Hubbali, was very safe, comfortable, leave alone the location. They have a good restaurant, The taste of the food is simply superb. The complimentary buffet breakfast needs improvement, with every dish very cold except instantly made dosa and tea/coffee. The staff at the reception were very polite and responsive. Extremely courteous.Then why 4 stars. There is no wash basin nearby, making us walk a few metres to the taps at the toilet with unwashed hands, after consumption of food.

Date of my visit: 04/09/2020I do not think, this should be called a 3 star hotel. The service was pathetic, rude restaurant manager and unqualified on site manager too. Do not know the meaning of hospitality at all.Scenario one: I complained why the cleaned cutlery were kept exposed.Manager, could have simply apologised and changed it for me, instead chose to argue with me??!!!!!The matter which could have been solved in just one line, were dragged for few minutesScenario two: We asked the Biryani to be less spicy and oily.When complained: Did not acknowledge it eitherScenario three: We ordered desert ( butter scotch ) single scope, which was priced Rs 150 ( not complaining the price here )When I saw it had already melted, I complained yet againManager reply: Yes sir ( he replies yes sir, when I said the ice cream had already melted ?? )They wanted to refund the entire dinner, its not about the money. Its about hospitality. I get better service in a road side shop than this place. I had high expectations, since I was there to celebrate something. Turned out to be the worst decision of the day.And at the end when I paid the full bill and wanted to share my experience with the on site manager, he chose to argue too.Please learn how to deescalate simple matters Denissons. Hope this will be a learning lesson for you guys. Refunding money wont rectify your mistakes, learn to accommodate guests, specially during a pandemic. My heart goes out to this industry, and particularly this venue for sure.Get better please

Nice, well designed Star rated Hotel in Hubballi. Visited the Hotel twice in January, 2020 for business meetings, which included working breakfast and dinner. They have a good a-la-carte spread of multi-cusine food, reasonably priced for a high end Hotel.Excellent ambience and friendly Staff. Was surprised to see the large Hotel and sprawling grounds in the Tier II City of Hubli - Dharwad. Excellent location for medium sized meetings, conferences, social events and Exhibitions. The Hotel has three independent lawns for conducting events and large spaces for car parking.

Already I have written my experience but forgot to add that in spite of severe cold , no woollen blanket was provided we had to cover ourselves with bed sheet which was bit tough in that weather. Hope the hotel management will improve their practical common sense.
