Decent experience.Not too good nor too bad.Service cost of TVS Jupiter is Rs520/- including GST.Felt bit higher compared to the work nature.There is many complaints on vehicle washing.

Visited showroom today got a very good experience about vehicles more then our expectations

Customer service is very poor. Had given my Apache RTR 200 for service which literally had no problems before the service but after the service I started noticing problems in the bike, when I tried enquiring about it they said that clutch plate needs to be replaced right away without even checking the bike.Just for some amount of money these people loot their customers saying this part is damaged or that is to be replaced. The staff has a very bad attitude they do not know how to respect their customers. My suggestion is not to give your bikes for service at Vijalaksmi TVS better go for Prakalpa or somewhere else where they know how to respect their customers.The reputation of TVS motors is getting ruined because of such people.

Late delivery service not good

Very late service, not at all punctual ,they call u before service is done, I thought have sat wasting time 3 to 4 time approximately for 1hr or 1.5hr even if I give for service at morning . The worst experience I have ever had. I thought have stopped servicing their

Tvs now a days getting more reputation for its new products but the dealership people are not worth that hipe, thy deny the fact that customer can choice the color thy want, thy are in the process of clearing the colors that thy have currently or blame is on tvs that they are not providing those colors for now.

Had very bad experience of bad service to my vehicle Bill no. JC NO. 37823 dt. 21/9/2019 Bill amt Rs. 1200. My had purchased just 1n 1/2 Jupitor classic, gave for servicing battery is replaced( stolen) n .Now my bike is not starting with starter..what the hell he did? If I had ZERO symbol to give then I would given it to their service. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Instead of repairing they would suggest and force to replace the part. Parts also take around 15-20 days to come. Keeping the Scooty for 15-20 days and will also ask to pay 50% of the estimate in advance. Quite Pathetic!
