In this covid situation please ensure co passengers dont occupy other reservation seat ,today while boarding 5462 bus from Hubli some one laying in my reserved seat and he was not wearing mask also. it is not safe and ensure this safety measures.

Recommend!My recent travel with Sugama went very smooth.. The bus was new and in very good condition (some buses not so great thou).. The seats and bus in general was clean. The time of arrival and drop was maintained.Staff here are friendly and helpful.. the office is big enough with number of seats in Waiting area... Overall a great experience ..

Short trip from Mapusa to Gokarna. Staff is very helpful and friendly ! Bus was on time, really clean and smelled nice too (thats rare). Easy 5 stars compared to the competition.

Travelled Hubli to MANIPAL on 28/02/2021 by sleeper bus 10_ 30PM from Hubli ( Belgaum to Moodbidri.Cleaning and linens ,pillows is not satisfying.It was stinking no fresheners were being used ,however courtesy of the conductor and driver is excellent

Very bad driver and conductorThe driving was very worsteAnd they dont hve discipline and they dont have timing sence one question what is the timing for dinner? Ya it will be at 8:30 pm right?But they stoped at 12:30 for dinnerAlso they stoped for 10 min , I ordered the food till it comes the conductor comes and tell wee are going what the hell is this! Safety is good but luggage we cant keep inside where we sleep. No more space to keep luggage bag on path either side inside only small bags cane be kept trolly 🎒 cant be kept.

Bus was very bad condition and glass window border rubber not there because of that noise not able to sleep hole night. In moodbidere they changed the bus due to other bus going emty. And finally delayed 2hours.. I request you to please not to travel in sugam travels.

Pick up timing is good in Hubbli. Boarding point is Bravia Sony Building too near chennama Circle.

Worst experience ever .. I was travelling from Bangalore to Hubli that night . We had informed the bus driver and conductor that I will get down at navanagar stop in Hubli which was actually one among stops but they made me to get down at Chennamma circle which is 10km away from navanagar and I had to take an auto to my home .. And the conductor was very ride, as I was traveling alone .i asked my big luggage to keep in luggage box but he kept denying and after requesting so much for about 1.5hour he kept it . So overall worst experience .. The bus number was KA 51 D 2575.. In which I travelled on 22nd Feb .. the conductor was very uncivilized person he didnt know how to speak to a girl he didnt give respect.
